Sex happening with the body can be limited, to get the best results, I’ve learned to engage my soul and energy body as well. This isn’t difficult, you set your intentions, open your heart, and invite your soul, say a mantra… (let your intuition guide you). When this happened, our hearts were directly aligned and the closest they can get to each other and we fully intended that hug, it was miraculous.

Miracles do exist but we have to help too. So, I’ll tell you my secrets. First of all my intention for lovemaking and kissing or hugging is to give all of me and to receive all of him and total Union, now, as I read this I realize I need to extend this intention to communication too 🤯. I also ask the angels and our guides to Bless this union. And after that I stay in the moment, I’ve trained myself over the years to not think and if I have a busy mind and can’t stop thinking, then I use my awesome visualization skills from being an artist and visualize what’s going on or what I’m trying to manifest. Or, another trick I use is to think about our first date or something romantic or sweet. But clearly the best is no thought and being totally in the moment to receive their highest medicine.
