    Sunflowers are not only pretty and delightful, but they also have healing properties.

    Healing Properties

    Sunflower is an expectorant, it’s also used to aid with coughs and colds, stomach issues, even nosebleeds. It’s very good for the kidneys. Don’t forget the seeds are very nutritional as well.

    Spiritual Meaning

    What is the meaning of sunflowers? Asked someone in my twin flame Lovestars group on Telegram. I had looked while I had my 2020 sunflower, I even made a post about the meaning of flowers in dreams, see the link to that post below. On this post I also share the picture of the original mother sunflower from 2020, the one we never planted. Then I looked at the meaning of sunflowers again.

    Synchronistically, while I was looking for the meaning of sunflowers, one of my daughters showed me a cutout from a magazine with different bouquets and the meanings of the flowers and of course the first bouquet had as the main flower sunflowers, it was so amazing.

    For giving flower bouquets, sunflowers say “BE STRONG” and were placed in the get well bouquet! I was impressed because I’ve needed the sunflower strength during this rough time when my 2021 sunflowers have been enjoying my garden. I’ve been going through (not over yet) a miscarriage and the worse time, I have hit rock bottom and therefore needed to feel the sunflower strength and the healing bouquet. I’m so grateful for them.

    Greek Myth of Apollo and Clytie:

    Clytie was a sea nymph who loved Apollo and at first, Apollo loved her, later though, he fell for another. Clytie became so jealous, she told the other woman’s father and her father buried her alive. Apollo then turned Clytie into a flower šŸŒ» but she loved him so much that she still followed Apollo everyday and, according to the ancient Greeks, this is why sunflowers look at the sun.

    Sunflower meanings: because of the Apollo Clytie myth, sunflowers are seen as a sign of adoration and loyalty (twin flame flower all the way, in my case, my 2020 sunflower was a present from my twin’s soul or the spirirs that surround us, it was a divine, magical event that was very meaningful in my twin flame universe). I’m his sunflower and he’s my sun, I just texted my twin!

    In China sunflowers mean good luck, long life.

    Sunflowers symbolize faith and are used in different religions and faiths mainly because of their resemblance to the sun, we know that the sun blesses us and helps us ascend, so sunflowers are reminders to look at the light always.

    Oshun’s Flower

    In Santeria which is observed in Cuba where I’m from but originated in Africa and was brought to America by slaves, there’s the river goddess, Oshun. The best offering to Oshun is sunflowers, which are observed as her flower.

    Oshun is a fearless and fun super powerful divine feminine. Oshun is also dressed in yellow as this is her color. Sunflowers representĀ  empowerment and Oshun is most empowering, her daughters are very empowered.

    In native American cultures sunflowers meanĀ harvest and bounty.

    The Incas used sunflowers to represent their Sun God and their priestesses wore them on their hair.

    Meaning of the color yellow

    We cannot talk about sunflowers and ignore their lovely yellow color. Yellow flowers have become my favorite flower since the birth of my sunflower in 2020 and also I realized that I needed yellow for my third chakra. The color yellow symbolizes friendship, vitality, and intelligence.

    Third chakra: the third chakra’s color is yellow šŸ’› and being exposed to this color can help balance it. It is important to balance this chakra because it is our center of personal power. In my own healing I was guided first to use the color orange and then to use the yellow color.

  • Sunflowers, the Eve garden.

    Sunflowers, the Eve garden.

    Sunflowers have become my favorite flower since 2020. What’s interesting is I didn’t have a favorite flower before 2020, even though I loved all flowers. Sunflowers šŸŒ» grew where I grew up too, and I remember a lovely sunflower garden close to my childhood home. Now, I have my own beautiful sunflowers growing in my daughters’ princess garden.     In 2020 a sunflower grew in my garden without being planted, back then, I saw it as a magical sunflower and figured it was a sign from my twin flame, I saved the seedsĀ  and planted them in 2021, these are the flowers that grew from those seeds. The original “mother” sunflower šŸŒ» opened on 4/4/2020 (444 portal) it was a big deal in my life. This was a profound and very spiritual time for me, and I was learning how to connect with my twin flame’s higher self, but before I opened up and truly connected which happened during the 888 portal 2020. Shortly before the sunflower opened in 2020 the pandemic had started and I started this blog around that time. I remember blogging about my sunflower šŸŒ» in 2020.

    I’m so grateful for my garden! My tomatoes and corn are doing great for the first time!

    I had a dream last night. It was awesome even though I don’t remember all of it. I have been meaning to get a solid dream journal but I have not so I have decided to start blogging about my dreams because I see them as spiritual signs.

    Some of them are very clear signs, some not so clear. Of course some of them are simply whatever it’s going through the day coming back,  memories etc. but some of them are very spiritual and with very profound meanings

    Last night I saw sunflowers in my dream. If you have been following my blog since the 444 portal that was April 4th 2020 you might have seen me talk a lot about sunflowers. Since last month sunflowers became my favorite flower. I have always loved them but I never really had a favorite flower which was kind of weird to me, but now I do, it’s the sunflower.

    Some things about my dream last night I can’t remember. But something I remembered clearly is sunflowers. I was in my living room looking out into the yard, then there was an interruption, I do not remember what kind of interaction but I believe somebody talked to me and it could have been my love because I remember he was in the dream but I don’t remember the actual event. After the interruption, I looked at the yard again and a garden of sunflowers had sprouted complete with beautiful yellow sunflowers.

    I searched the meaning of sunflowers during the 444 portal and of course they mean good luck. I started seeing sunflowers everywhere. I started using the Sunflower emoji a lot as well.

    The Message of the Sunflower. Post 444 energy reading.

    How are you doing?

    I’m not one to be negative because I firmly believe in The Law of Attraction, however, I’ve been feeling super sleepy… I slept for the most part of the last 2 days! Come Monday, was not ready for the week to start. I was feeling so uneasy and maybe even a little upset this morning. I was wondering how I could blame my husband for this (he doesn’t know but I have to apologize when he wakes up) Does it have to do with the energy right now? I realized what’s going on by the end of this post since writing is therapy.

    It is 4/6/2020 11:29 PM. Two days ago was the 444 ascension portal. 444 = 4/4/2020. 2020 is in numerology a year 4 because 2+0+2+0=4 so 4/4/4.

    444 was an exciting gateway. I heard this from Consciousness Evolution Journey on YouTube, my favorite Tarot reader. I was excited that it was on a Saturday because, even though there’s a Coronavirus lockdown, I’ve an essential job (it has to do with Health care).

    Early in 444 I went to my spiritual University (YouTube) and found 2 meditations, one by Magenta Pixie and one by Steve Nobel, I did both.

    Later that day, I found out about the 444 mass meditation. I decided to join and set my alarm. It felt great and afterwards, I was feeling awesome! I felt positive even as tough as the times are now with Covid-19. I knew that all is well and things are going to get better. I felt that I had taken action by joining the meditation in the planetary ascension and that made me feel great. By the way, if you missed it, you can still participate. Search YouTube where there’s many 444 guided meditations available, some of which I’ve shared on this blog or in your meditation seek to join the 444 mass meditation (more than 1 000 000 meditators joined). The intention was to help the planet ascend and to align with the best possible timeline for us here on Earth. Some also intended for Coronavirus to end.

    Today, I listened to Magenta Pixie talking about how much the mass meditation did help. She says the 9 woke her out of her sleep right on time for the mass meditation and told her “it’s time to meditate”. The stuff she talks about is complex and I won’t repeat it but I will share her video.

    Other seasoned meditators want to keep the momentum going and want to mass meditate for at least this week. Will you join? The time is 7:45 Arizona time. But since time is irrelevant, the intention of planetary ascension can be held at any time of the day and you may or may not join the rest of the meditators, however, if you’re so moved please hold the best possible timeline for Earth, that of ascension, of a Heaven on Earth in your meditations, visualizations, and prayers. Most of us want to do something and this is one thing we can do.

    On 444 something wonderful happened, this lovely sunflower opened in my yard. My family loves it!

    The sunflower was not purposely planted, it might have come out of the compost or sprouted from bird seeds. Yet that could be trying to explain the unexplainable. We noticed the tiny sprout grow into a thick and sturdy plant, we liked it and realized it wasn’t a weed so we cared for it wondering what if was. Eventually, it was obvious that it was a flower, a big chunky one, I was excited. The flower opened on 444! I didn’t think it could have some spiritual meaning until 444, when I realized it had a message for me.

    The message of the sunflower: Look at the sun was my first thought and a fitting one in times of Coronavirus lockdown. Getting that vitamin D is more important than ever, also it’s been proven that the sun makes us happy, we need that energy boost that we only get from the sun. And better yet, I heard on master Sri Akarshana’s YouTube channel that looking at the sun at sunrise for 1 minute about a week in a row helps open the third eye… If getting outside is not happening, go into the yard, balcony, of even the sunniest window, I do recommend gardening if at all possible. Even get pictures of the sun or sunflowers. I couldn’t ignore that sunflowers are considered to bring good luck and, of course the flower wants me to have fun. Look at the lovely color. Yellow, a color of communication, hello blog and podcast! I know I have the gift to communicate and I have to use it with purpose. We love this flower and intend to purposely grow them from now on.

    This morning, when I went outside there was a beautiful butterfly on the sunflower! And the girls saw it! It was amazing šŸ˜.

    Anyways, I’ve been so sleepy that I have not blogged since April 4th. I’ve been wanting to but I have not. I also have not been doing the dishes, cooking, and cleaning as much as I would love to. I’ve been in bed, with the kids, or the most awake I’ve been is in the yard (hint: sunflower) today I was finding regular ever day work difficult. I was anxious and didn’t know why. I decided to stop trying to work and hang out. And then I sat down to blog. Suddenly everything seemed wonderful again and everything falls into place as I said before, writing is therapy, you figure out many things when you write. I figured out I needed to blog. Not take a day off because I’m sleeping. When I decided to start blogging it was 11:11.

    So I now report that all is well and that we’ve done it. We’re ascending.
