  • Persephone Messages as she Descends Into the Underworld. Intuitive Messages.

The air turns cool, the leaves begin their golden fall, and the veil of the world grows thin. This is the season when Persephone descends into the Underworld: not as a victim, but as a queen returning to her throne. Her story is one of cycles: light and dark, innocence and wisdom, life and death and she invites us to walk beside her as we, too, turn inward for the winter.

Persephone’s descent is not an ending: it is a transformation. When she steps beneath the earth, the world above grows quiet so that we can listen. She teaches that every soul must descend at times to face what lies beneath the surface, to find beauty even in shadow, to trust that spring will return.

If these messages serve you, consider following me on Ko-fi for divinations articles and readings (free and daily) and premium weekly/ monthly messages.

I have a goal to create my own tarot deck, and you can help me reach this goal through this link:

Below are 8 messages from Persephone, to guide your spirit as the world slips into the deep stillness of the dark months.

    1. The Descent Is Sacred

Do not fear your descent (the moments when life feels quiet, uncertain, or heavy). Every cycle of growth begins in darkness: like a seed beneath the soil.

    2. You Are Both Light and Shadow

You are not meant to choose between the two. Balance is found in embracing both the radiance and the mystery within you.

    3. Transformation Is Not Gentle

Growth often asks for surrender. When you feel undone, remember that you are being reshaped into something stronger.

    4. Rest Is a Ritual

Nature rests now: so must you. Stillness is not laziness, it is preparation. The body and soul both need time to regenerate.

    5. Remember Your Power

In myth, Persephone returns each year crowned as Queen. Let that remind you: what once felt like loss can become sovereignty when you own your story.

    6. Honor the Ancestors

This is the time to speak their names (to remember where you come from, to let gratitude heal what history has broken).

    7. The Darkness Is a Teacher

Do not run from it. The shadows you face are not punishments; they are invitations to wisdom.

    8. Spring Awaits, But Not Yet. First, we must face the cold snow.

Be patient. The seeds of your renewal are growing quietly beneath the surface. Trust that your light will rise again in its own perfect time.

As Persephone descends, so do we: into reflection, into silence, into depth. This is the season to honor endings and embrace stillness, to let go of what no longer serves and prepare for what will bloom again.

Light your candle, whisper her name, and remember: descent is not defeat. It is initiation.

  • Is Having A Boyfriend Embarrassing Now? British Vogue Article

Is Having A Boyfriend Embarrassing Now? | British Vogue

When Love Feels Embarrassing: A Sacred Turn in Romance

There’s a curious new whisper rippling through the world of relationships: having a partner, a ā€œboyfriendā€ in particular is, for some, becoming less glamorous. The Vogue piece notes how many women feel uneasy about posting about their partner online, or even acknowledging the relationship in the way once expected. British Vogue

Why is this shift happening, and what does it mean for the mystical, romantic souls who believe in the sacred spark of twin flames?

The Shift in the Narrative of ā€œBeing Withā€

In the article, Joseph describes ā€œBoyfriend Landā€, a place where women’s online identities once largely centred around their partner. British Vogue
    But now:

    • There’s an increasing desire to avoid looking too ā€œcouple-obsessedā€ or defined by a partner. British Vogue
    • Some reveal fear of the ā€œevil eyeā€ (jealousy) or of being vulnerable by showing the relationship publicly. British Vogue
    • Strength and freedom are being found in singledom or in less conventional relationship portraits. British Vogue

For me, the poet-mystic, this is a potent moment. It asks: what if our romantic maps need rewriting?

The Divine in the Relationship & the Relational in the Divine

In our world, where poetry meets spirituality, and twin-flame connection meets mythic metaphor, relationships are not just about ā€œhaving a boyfriend.ā€ They are about sacred communion, mirror souls, inner alchemy.

What happens when society begins to view the ā€œboyfriendā€ model with embarrassment or as outdated? What if the very notion we’ve anchored on needs transmuting?

    Here’s what this invites:

    • The relational as inner work: Your partner can still reflect your shadow and your light, but the focus shifts from external image to internal awakening.
    • Sacred self-possession: The article shows many women resist being defined by their partner. British Vogue In your context: being in union does not mean losing individual voice, flame or poetry.
    • Twin-flame style: The twin-flame or divine-soul-union archetype is less about ā€œhaving someoneā€ and more about meeting the other within you. It makes the relationship mystical, not mundane.

    Embarrassment or Reclamation?

ā€œIs having a boyfriend embarrassing now?ā€ The answer the article leans toward: yes, for many, but only in the sense that the old script feels ill-fitting. The shame isn’t about love itself, it’s about the public performance of it. British Vogue

From my spiritual and poetic lens:

    • If love is treated as a status symbol, it becomes shallow.
    • If love is treated as a mirror for growth, a portal to divine union, it becomes sacred.
    • Embarrassment fades when we stop performing and start becoming.
    • Whether single, partnered or ā€œin union,ā€ the real question is: is your heart awake?

For the Lovers, the Seekers, the Twin Flames

If you are navigating romance, spiritual union, or twin-flame dynamics, I invite you to these reflections:

    • When you say ā€œmy partner,ā€ who you are first? Is your voice still present, as bold as ever?
    • In your union, are you partners in myth-making, ritual, and poetry, or simply co-inhabitants of a label?
    • If you were to remove the word ā€œboyfriendā€ and call the relationship something mythic (ā€œsacred mirrorā€, ā€œsoul-companionā€, ā€œco-shaper of flameā€), how would that feel?
    • Whether you post your love online or keep it sacred, what matters is your intention, your presence, your growth.

    A Poetic Closing

Love is not an accessory to be worn on the feed.
It is a flame to be tended in the temple of self.
When the world shifts, maybe what changes is not love, but our understanding of it.
Maybe ā€œhaving a boyfriendā€ is less important than being in sacred partnership.
Maybe the embarrassment dissolves when we dance in the light of our own soul, whether alone or with another.

    What do you think?

    Is romance dead?

Boyfriends, of course they are embarrassing, but not beloveds.

This must be my calling, to make the world a little more romantic, like Sappho was meant to bring us love songs.

  • Witches, Hecate Messages for Halloween Weekend šŸŽƒ

    Dear Lovestar,

Hecate is the ancient goddess of magic, crossroads, and the moon: a guardian of thresholds and guide through darkness. She stands between worlds (the living and the dead, the known and the unseen) carrying torches to light the seeker’s way. Witches honor her as the mother of intuition and transformation, for she teaches that true power begins within, the courage to face shadow, to choose one’s path, and to walk it in wisdom and light.

Both Hecate and Hekate are correct spellings.

ā€œHekateā€ is closer to the original Greek form (Ἑκάτη), while ā€œHecateā€ is the Latinized version that became common in English texts. Many modern practitioners, classicists, and witches choose Hekate because it feels truer to her ancient roots and carries that old-world resonance.

So if you feel drawn to writing ā€œHekate,ā€ trust that—sometimes the ancient spelling holds a certain energy (a vibration that feels closer to how her name would have once been spoken at the crossroads, under the moon).

    Hekate’s Daughter – Halloween Poem

    My cauldron black,
    My broom and cat,
    Of books, a stack,
    My spirit talk.

    A witch I am,
    Spells I chant,
    My vibes command,
    Magically, I stand.

    I am Hekate’s daughter
And I beg of my mother
    Protection and blessings
On Halloween for me & others.

    šŸŽƒ šŸ‘» šŸŽƒ

    Witches: Hecate Messages for Halloween

Witches, gather your light: the veil thins tonight. The air itself listens for your whisper, your intention, your call to the unseen. This is not a night of fear: it is a night of remembrance. The Goddess walks the crossroads, and her torches burn bright in the mist.

Hecate speaks softly to those who listen: Do not hide your magic under silence. The world has long feared what it cannot understand, yet you are not here to be understood, you are here to remember who you are. You are the keeper of intuition, the daughter of moonlight, the one who sees what others overlook.

In her presence, all paths open (and some close). Hecate teaches discernment: not all doors are meant to be entered, not all spirits are meant to be called. She asks for courage and balance, the wisdom to know when to release and when to reclaim.

So light your candle at midnight and speak your truth aloud:
ā€œI walk with Hecate in shadow and in flame. I claim my path, my power, my name.ā€

Let this Halloween be more than a night of costumes; it is a crossing. Let it remind you that being a witch is not about appearance, but remembrance (it is about honoring the wild, ancient current that flows through your spirit).

    Have a safe Halloween,

Do not forget to read my Hecate messages and I have some Hecate poetry.

Hekate keeps on coming through for me and I CAN NOT ignore her, I must write about her. The goddesses command.

I had a synchronicity with Themis (Greek goddess of Justice), and it was incredible, I think there were deep messages about my relationship.

PS. If you heard the news about my hometown in east Cuba (that had never been popular until it was ravaged by hurricane Melissa). My town, that blessed little hole escaped with minor damages. The worst was one roof damaged, the river grew flooding nearby houses to the level of their beds, and I assume minor damages not worth mentioning for the people there now. This is because this town was protected by the mountains!

    Thank you for reading,

  • Shadow Work. Part I – Beneath the Shadow: The Poem as Portal

    Dear Lovestar,

This poem came through me during a time when my own heart was being pulled between light and darkness, between the self I thought I was and the self I had yet to meet.

    ā€œDeep beneath my shadow,
    There’s no light to show
    The darkness I hide there,
    And secrets I don’t know.ā€

When I wrote those words, I didn’t realize I was describing what Carl Jung called the Shadow, that hidden realm of our psyche that holds everything we repress, deny, or refuse to see in ourselves. In modern spirituality, we often speak of ā€œshadow work,ā€ but it’s not just a trend, it’s sacred psychology. Jung said the shadow is not evil; it’s the part of us that longs for integration, love, and wholeness.

For twin flames, this becomes even more personal. Your shadow is mirrored by your counterpart. What you reject in yourself will often appear in them. That’s why shadow work is union work, it’s how we prepare for divine connection.

When I say, ā€œI shine a light into myself,ā€ it’s a call to self-awareness. We can’t manifest light without acknowledging what’s hidden beneath it. We must meet the parts of ourselves that ache to be loved.

This first part is your invitation: Don’t run from your darkness, hold it. The light you seek in your twin flame, in the divine, already burns in the very shadow you fear to face.

I am collecting all my Carl Jung research into ebooks and soon you will see my collection of already published Carl Jung psychology for inner healing stuff.

šŸ· Ritual of the Two Cups: Celebrating Shared Success

    You’ll need:

Two matching cups (wine, juice, tea, or water with rose petals for Venus, whatever feels celebratory)

A candle (symbolizing clarity and shared vision)

    Your journal and pen

    Steps:

    1. Prepare the Space
Light the candle and place the two cups side by side. Imagine they are vessels of balance, filled with your energy and your partner’s/family’s energy.

    2. Define Success Aloud
Together (or alone if doing this personally), hold your cup and speak aloud one sentence that begins with:
    ā€œSuccess, to me, feels likeā€¦ā€
If done as a couple/family, take turns so everyone voices their truth.

    3. Pour and Balance
Fill both cups equally. As you pour, visualize the wine (or drink) as abundance flowing evenly between love and work, home and heart.

    4. The Shared Toast
    Raise your cups and say:
ā€œOur vision will succeed as it is. In balance, in love, in trust.ā€
    Take a sip together.

    5. Seal in Writing
After the toast, open your journal. Answer the prompts that feel most alive. If with a partner, you can both write separately and then share highlights or co-create one list of shared dreams.

    6. Closing the Circle
Blow out the candle, thanking the flame for illuminating your vision. Leave the cups side by side for the rest of the day or night as a symbol of ongoing harmony.

It will work if you stay true to your mission. No weaknesses shall come between us and our dreams. So it is.

    Ode to Sappho, Free eBook

    https://payhip.com/b/6Tjxz

In the hallowed halls of history, one voice dared to sing of a different truth. A voice that was meant to be silenced, yet whose echo has grown only stronger across millennia. Sappho of Lesbos, the Tenth Muse, gave language to the sacred depths of the feminine heart, to love that dared not speak its name, and to a passion that defied the confines of her time.

Her world was one of fragments, scorched papyrus and whispered verses, but her spirit is an unbroken flame.

Download for free on Payhip and follow my new shop for some support. I will soon add my This is Pisces Poetry free poetry collection, so return for more free reads, additionally, I have a free journal and I have other free poetry collections I will be adding with some time (because I am too busy right now and I apologize but I do not have any more time than this at the moment.)

My new Payhip shop (where you can download the Sappho eBook for free) is dedicated to tending that ancient flame of the poetess.

Here, we channel the raw emotion, divine beauty, and defiant spirit of Sappho and the divine feminine into creations that bridge the ancient and the modern. Every offering and free gift is more than a product; it is an artifact of a continued legacy and also goddess inspired.

The Sappho eBook is an invitation to connect with a history of powerful ancient feminine voices, to find solace in shared emotion, and to carry a touch of the sacred feminine with you.

Your Support is More Than a Purchase, It’s a Patronage of a Legacy.

When you choose to support this shop, you do not merely acquire a beautiful eBook. You become part of a story that began over two thousand years ago on the shores of Lesbos that I am only too happy to be able to connect to and get inspired from. You can also support my shop by downloading one of our free eBooks, this Sappho one I will one day turn into a real book so I can have the real book, paging through it would be magical.

You help ensure that the voices of the past are not forgotten, and that their lessons of love, courage, and artistic expression continue to resonate. You allow a modern artist to continue the timeless work of giving form to feeling and voice to the voiceless.

  • Lion’s Gate Portal – Temple o Aphrodite

    Dear Lovestar,

The Lion’s Gate is the yearly reminder of spiritual work for me. As spiritual as I am, in my busy daily life, I completely neglect my spiritual work because I am so caught up in my arts and the books I am writing.

Then the Lion’s Gate portal opens and no matter how busy I am, things start to happen that are so mysterious that they are unexplainable, strange synchronicities, much needed healing, the deepening of union right on time, and finally, the spirit talk.

It was during the Lion’s Gate that I returned to spirit, that I first connected to spirit, and more. To me it signifies Union, but that is unique to me and my beloved.

This time around I am talking to Aphrodite. She married my soul to my lover’s previously. I got into a fight with my man, and I was surprisingly mad at him (we have made up since big time, but Aphrodite talked to me and said:

    Aphrodite said,
    nice try. Good girl!
    Enjoyed your game?
    You cannot leave him,
    what fun, but reminder,
I married your souls that night
and you are bound for life.
    The end.

And I gave up my anger.

Writing a Temple of Aphrodite Story

During the season, I have been writing a secret book, a different one than my Siren Chants super long-term book project, my romantasy book.

If you notice the trend is I am writing Aphrodite in everything I can. She wants to be on social media going viral and I got the cell phone.

But the truth is that even though I also write historical fiction, romance, and romantasy, Aphrodite, my muse is real.

I have been writing an adorable siren romance story since March but at once I stopped thinking about fantasy and turned my romance to antiquity and at once I created a story where Aphrodite interacts with her priests and priestesses.

    Temple of Aphrodite

I have an amazing Temple of Aphrodite poem.

It is natural that I would write about this sacred space and not surprisingly during the Lion’s Gate, I am creating magical chants for Aphrodite.

I will soon share more about this project; however, it will be in a book, it is not meant to be discussed everywhere/ This is a sensitive topic also.

  • Divine Feminine Energy

I am the feeling you get
    When you're feeling very well,
    When you're relaxed,
    When you are cared for,
When you are feeling no stress.
I am the caress of my breast,
I am the skin under my dress,
And the thoughts around my head.
I am divine. I am her.

The "divine feminine" is a concept that represents the feminine qualities, energies, and archetypes that exist within the universe, humanity, and nature. Rooted in spiritual and philosophical traditions, the divine feminine is often associated with qualities like compassion, intuition, nurturing, receptivity, creativity, and connection to nature. While the term may have different interpretations across cultures, religions, and philosophies, it generally honors and celebrates the presence of feminine energies that balance the traditionally masculine ones.

Here are some core aspects commonly associated with the divine feminine:

    1. Archetypes and Goddesses
The divine feminine is often represented by archetypes or goddesses from various spiritual traditions, such as Aphrodite (Greek goddess of love), Isis (Egyptian goddess of magic and motherhood), Kali (Hindu goddess of transformation and destruction), and Mary (Christian figure of compassion and grace). These figures embody various aspects of femininity, from love and sensuality to strength, wisdom, and spiritual nurturing.

    2. Inner Qualities and Energies
    It emphasizes qualities like:

Nurturing and Compassion: Caring and supportive aspects, often linked to motherhood or caregiving, and an innate desire to help others.
Intuition and Wisdom: Seeing beyond the physical and connecting to inner knowing or emotional intelligence.
Creativity and Birth (Literal or Symbolic): The power to create, not just in terms of childbirth but also in manifesting ideas, art, and change.

    3. Connection to Nature and Cycles

The divine feminine is often linked to nature and the earth, with an appreciation for natural cycles, seasons, and rhythms. This connection is seen as a reminder of renewal, growth, and death, as well as the cycles within the human experience, such as life transitions, emotions, and phases of personal growth.

    4. Healing and Balance

Embracing the divine feminine is also about healing and balancing within ourselves and society. It encourages balancing both masculine and feminine qualities, creating harmony, and valuing traits that are often underrepresented or undervalued.

    5. Spirituality and the Sacred

Many view the divine feminine as a sacred force that can help people connect to something greater than themselves, whether through spirituality, inner reflection, or connection with others. It’s a way of experiencing spirituality that is rooted in empathy, compassion, and interconnectedness, celebrating the unity and diversity of life.

    In Modern Spirituality

In modern times, the divine feminine is often explored as part of self-discovery, self-care, and empowerment practices, such as meditation, journaling, rituals, and retreats. Many people seek to reconnect with the divine feminine as a way of rediscovering their inner power, learning self-love, and embracing a holistic approach to personal growth.

Reconnecting with the divine feminine can also be seen as reclaiming values traditionally associated with femininity, celebrating them as powerful, vital, and necessary for a balanced and fulfilled life.

  • How Love Heals

    Dear Lovestar,

In a world that often feels chaotic, we can easily forget this simple truth: Love heals. It’s a force that transcends time, space, and even the physical realm, connecting us deeply to one another and to the divine. For spiritual seekers, Love is more than an emotion—it is an energy, a source of profound transformation that can guide us toward inner peace, joy, and wholeness.

But how exactly does Love heal? And how can we tap into this power to bring healing into our lives and the lives of others?

    1. Love as a Vibrational Energy

Love is often described as the highest vibrational frequency even though there is a vibrational scale that places other vibrations higher than Love. When we love and are loved, we raise our energetic frequency, aligning ourselves with positivity, light, and the divine essence of the universe. When we operate from a place of love—whether it’s self-love, romantic love, or unconditional love for humanity—we become magnets for healing. Our bodies, minds, and spirits begin to harmonize with this elevated vibration, leading to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

By simply tuning into love, we are tuning into a force that can melt away fear, dissolve pain, and restore balance. Love, in its purest form, is the essence of the universe’s healing power.

I once went through the Love and Above Mindvalley course and learned this very fact: the vibration of love and higher is health, wealth, hope, safety….

    2. Healing Through Self-Love

One of the most profound ways that love heals is through self-love. When we Love and honor ourselves, we create a sanctuary within. Self-love is the foundation of all healing because it allows us to nurture our inner being, recognizing our worth, and embracing the sacredness of our existence.

Self-love is not just about pampering or treating ourselves—it is about forgiving ourselves, speaking kindly to ourselves, and creating space for growth. When we learn to Love ourselves, we release the toxic patterns that hold us back and begin to experience healing on the deepest level.

    3. Love as a Path to Emotional Healing

Our hearts carry wounds—old hurts, grief, and unresolved emotions—that weigh us down and prevent us from fully experiencing life. Love has the unique ability to bring those buried emotions to the surface, allowing us to heal. Whether through the loving support of others, the embrace of a romantic partner, or the compassion we show ourselves, Love soothes the soul.

When we share our burdens, speak our truth, and allow ourselves to be vulnerable with those we trust, we begin to release emotional pain. Love holds space for us to be seen and heard without judgment. It reminds us that we are never alone in our suffering, and that healing is not only possible but inevitable when we open our hearts.

    4. Love in Relationships: A Healing Bond

Relationships built on love, trust, and compassion offer profound opportunities for healing. Through meaningful connections with others—whether it be with a partner, family, or friends—we experience Love as a mirror that reflects both our light and our shadows. In these relationships, we are challenged to grow, heal old wounds, and evolve.

Romantic Love, in particular, can be a powerful vehicle for healing. It teaches us about vulnerability, acceptance, and the art of giving and receiving love. When we love someone deeply, we begin to see the sacredness in both ourselves and them. Healing happens when we embrace Love in its many forms—compassion, patience, forgiveness, and kindness.

    5. Love Heals the Collective Spirit

Love doesn’t just heal individuals; it heals communities and even the world. When we extend Love beyond ourselves—when we show kindness, offer a helping hand, or simply hold space for others—we contribute to the healing of the collective spirit. The ripple effect of Love is powerful: one act of Love can inspire countless others.

By embodying Love in our daily actions, we not only heal ourselves but also help to heal the world around us. Love has the power to break down barriers, mend broken hearts, and restore balance to a planet in need of deep healing.

    6. Love as a Spiritual Practice

For those of us on a spiritual journey, Love is the cornerstone of our practice. Whether we are meditating, praying, or simply being mindful, Love is the energy that connects us to the divine. It reminds us that we are all interconnected, all part of the same sacred web of life.

Through spiritual practices we can cultivate Love as a healing force in our lives. By sending Love to ourselves, our loved ones, and even those we find difficult to Love, we participate in the flow of healing energy that transforms both our inner and outer worlds.

    7. Opening Your Heart to the Healing Power of Love

Healing through Love requires us to open our hearts, even when it feels vulnerable or scary. It asks us to trust that Love is always present, even in moments of pain or uncertainty. When we open ourselves to Love, we allow the universe to work through us, guiding us toward our highest good.

So how can you open your heart to Love’s healing power? Here are a few practices:

    • Practice Self-Compassion: When you feel overwhelmed, speak to yourself kindly, as if you were comforting a dear friend.
    • Express Gratitude: Focus on the people, experiences, and moments that bring Love into your life. Gratitude helps cultivate a loving heart.
    • Connect Deeply with Others: Spend time with loved ones, listen deeply, and offer your love without expectation.
    • Cultivate a Loving Mindset: See challenges as opportunities for Love to grow. Approach difficulties with compassion rather than fear.
    • Meditate on Love: Practice sending love to yourself and others in your meditation. Visualize healing light surrounding you and those you Love.
    • Read a Love Poem. I have a few of those.

In Closing: Love as Medicine for the Soul

At the core of every spiritual journey is Love. It is the force that guides us home, heals our deepest wounds, and reminds us of our divine nature. Whether we are healing ourselves or helping others, Love is the medicine that nourishes the soul.

In a world that often seems broken, Love offers hope. Love shows us that healing is not only possible, but it is our birthright. So, let’s walk this path together, sharing Love, offering kindness, and trusting that through Love, we will all heal.

How do you use Love in your healing or spiritual journey?

    With Love,
