  • Is your lover disappointed after Valentine’s? Are you? Write them a love letter.

    Dear Lovestar,

Valentine’s season can feel like a test. Are you loved enough, chosen enough, postable enough. For many sensitive, romantic souls, it is also the time when old wounds ache and secret desires get louder. Beneath the roses and restaurant bookings, there is a deeper longing: to feel truly seen, to speak from the heart without feeling foolish, to let love be something sacred again instead of a performance.

What if Valentine’s was less about what you receive and more about what you express. Not in a self-sacrificing way, but in a way that lets your heart come back into the center of the story. One of the simplest, most powerful ways to do this is also one of the oldest: the love letter.

    Why love letters still matter

In an age of fast texts and disappearing messages, a love letter is a small act of rebellion. It says, “I am willing to slow down. I am willing to choose my words. I am willing to be seen.” For the writer, it is a moment of clarity. For the receiver, it becomes a keepsake, something that can be held, reread, pressed against the heart on a difficult day.

    Love letters matter because they:

    • Anchor your feelings in something real and tangible.
    • Help you access your own truth about love, instead of copying a script.
    • Create connection: with yourself, with a partner, or with the future love you are calling in.

You do not need perfect handwriting or poetic training. You only need a willingness to be honest and kind.

A simple heart-opening practice before you write

Before you write anything, take three minutes to shift out of anxiety and into presence.

    1. Sit comfortably, place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.
    2. Breathe in slowly for four counts, hold briefly, and breathe out for six counts. Repeat three times.
    3. Ask yourself: “How do I truly feel right now.” Let one word or sensation arise, even if it is messy: hopeful, tired, tender, scared, grateful.
    4. Imagine a soft light in your chest, growing warmer with each breath. Silently say, “I am willing to be honest. I am willing to be gentle.”

Only then pick up your pen or open your document. You are not writing from panic or performance. You are writing from a heart that has been invited to the table.

    Honest, non-toxic love letters

Many people avoid love letters because they are afraid of two things: sounding cringe or handing someone too much power. Both fears come from the same place old patterns of love that included games, tests, and unspoken expectations.

    A healthy love letter:

    • Speaks in “I” language: “I feel,” “I remember,” “I hope,” rather than attacking or blaming.
    • Focuses on appreciation, truth, and desire, not on guilt, manipulation, or ultimatums.
    • Shares vulnerability without collapsing: you reveal your heart while still respecting your own worth.

Your job is not to impress or convince. Your job is to let your inner truth find a clear, kind voice.

    Prompts to help you start

Here are a few grounded prompts you can use whether you are writing to yourself, a current partner, or a future beloved:

    • “Right now, when I think of you, I feel…”
    • “A moment I still carry with me is…”
    • “What I appreciate about you (or about myself) is…”
    • “The kind of love I want to grow into looks like this…”
    • “One truth I am finally ready to admit is…”

You can take just one of these, write a single honest paragraph, and call that your letter. It does not have to be long to be powerful.

For couples: turning letters into a quiet ritual

If you share your life with someone, you can turn letter writing into a simple ritual evening instead of another obligation.

    • Each of you writes a short letter before or during the evening.
    • Light a candle, turn off notifications, and take turns reading (or quietly handing over) your letter.
    • After reading, the receiver does not need to give a speech. A simple “Thank you. I will sit with this,” is enough.

The goal is not to fix everything in one night. The goal is to create softness, to let tenderness back into the room. Many people, especially men, quietly keep love letters for years. Your words may become an anchor they return to many times.

    For singles: letters as manifestation

If you are single, love letters can become a gentle manifestation practice that is rooted in self-respect instead of desperation.

    You might write:

    • A letter to your present self, thanking yourself for every time you chose not to abandon your own heart.
    • A letter to a future beloved, describing the atmosphere of the relationship you are inviting in: mutual respect, laughter, slow mornings, shared growth.
    • A letter releasing an old pattern or past relationship, closing that door with gratitude and honesty so another can open.

The point is not to force a specific person into your life, but to align your words, your body, and your choices with the kind of love you truly want to live.

When vulnerability reveals the wrong person

There is a truth many of us avoid: sometimes, a sincere love letter reveals that the person in front of us cannot meet us. If someone mocks your sincerity, uses it against you, or shows contempt for your openness, that reaction is a gift of clarity. Painful, but clarifying.

Let your letters be both offerings and lanterns. Offerings of your real heart, and lanterns that show you who is capable of holding that heart with care.

  • The importance of matching my lover’s celebration style. As a woman, it’s not looks that matter most

    Dear Lovestar,

I blew it on Valentine’s! Let’s talk of a few things.

    I created a personalized Valentine’s card for a friend

    Time capsule

I loved creating a personalized Valentine’s card! It was a very fun and rewarding experience. I loved creating generic E-cards to share with you, but those poems speak of how I feel. They might not reflect how you feel.

This experience was fun because as soon as my friend answered a few questions, I knew what the poem should be about as if he wrote it. I channeled him!

25 year old marriage. What keeps him in love?

This friend of mine is quite the character! He’s smart, funny, and creative, too. He is a Capricorn. So I asked what he likes about his wife so I could write a poem for her that felt very personal. I believe she’s an Aquarius.

He said: he jokes to her that he married her for the physical aspects he loves about her, but in truth, what he loves is her personality. Her infectious crazy laugh, the way she daydreams about their future, how awesome a mom she is, how much she takes care of her family. She is a sweet feminine woman, and her cooking is restaurant style.

What I learned from this interaction is that strong men love soft women who are kind. It’s not her looks that matter most contrary to what we have been led to believe. My entire life, I thought I was not beautiful enough to attract men, and later in life, I attracted the hottest alpha male I have ever met. I felt so uncomfortable because I thought he was way out of my league. Of course, I call this man Scorpio today, and he loves me deeper than he knows how to express. I guess this is a topic for another time, but reminder to the ladies:

Life lesson I have learned. Download this Eve quote from my poetry collection. Link below

Why does Scorpio not celebrate Valentine’s?

Scorpio loves me without a doubt (he might or might not like me 😆). Yet, he has never celebrated Valentine’s with me. I asked to make sure it was not just me and LOL it sounded like this is his most romantic stage. 😂 It was so hilarious. He said that for a short period of time, he tried to take girls out on dates and be normal. It was a very short period of time when he was trying to fit in. It didn’t work for him. Scorpio is unconventional and does not like to fit in. 🙃 Scorpio doesn’t celebrate Hallmark holidays. Don’t tell him/ her how to celebrate.

Some Scorpio memes to explain this lol moment

Scorpio men think too much and were very attached to their exes a lot. It took a lot for them to break up with their toxic exes. They spend a lot of time revisiting their old relationships. This appears to be healing for them.
This is a true story, and we both laughed out loud. It was sort of a joke but sort of true. Scorpio people are notorious for not telling you what they like about you. Their girlfriends might not know how they feel about us.

These two Scorpio memes can be downloaded from my poetry collection (together with quotes, poems, and E-cards). Scorpio lobe art gallery. Link below:

I’m forgetting the points I was trying to make…

But Scorpio doesn’t only not celebrate Valentine’s (which is a silly celebration anyway), he doesn’t celebrate Christmas, even birthdays. His non celebration of my birthday was the hardest thing for me because I’ve always been celebrated…

To the point that I might not know how to celebrate myself. I blew it this Valentine’s. I feel as though I’m unconsciously returning to my childhood when others would celebrate me. But can I learn to celebrate myself without expecting this from others?

My plan was to cook and bake as well as do Valentine’s crafts with my children. Well, I dressed up in a red dress in the evening, and then my kids did not care to dress up or do Valentine’s stuff. I let them do what they wanted because, after all, I observe Valentine’s by myself (and with you), but I have a plan to change this for the future. I plan to celebrate Valentine’s with my daughters. Truly, we celebrate love all year round, so it’s not even a big deal. Oh, Scorpio cooked and fed the family! It might have been his way to celebrate, and he kissed me like he had not seen me in months. This kiss was extremely sweet and very well received.

Scorpio felt he should write me a letter

Remember the AI vs. me letter contest I posted yesterday? The letter I wrote for Scorpio and I sent it to him. Of course, I have always sent him poetry, and I post it around the house, but he usually doesn’t even acknowledge my romantic efforts. He is a stoic. This is how come I’m learning telepathy. I’m in his mind now, so he can’t keep secrets. I also made friends with his higher self. I have secret abilities, too! Scorpio better watch out!

At night, having dinner, he told me he thought he wasn’t doing enough. With a chuckle, I explained that, in fact, I don’t want a Valentine’s celebration (I’d like that, but it would not be genuine for Scorpio yo be doing that. He’s not fake, and I don’t like fake) I would not settle for a fake celebration. And he’s Scorpio. He can’t be fake. I understand that very perfectly, which is why I celebrate by myself.

What would a Scorpio letter be like? I really hope he writes it! Would he swear, talk about the economy, politics, and aliens? Will he joke? Will the tone be serious? I’m very curious 🤔 👀 😏

Letter writing tip: spiritual beats romantic

I sent Scorpio my love letter from yesterday, and he said it was sweet. He has expressed his love for my letters in the past. I already knew he would appreciate it. Then he pointed out a punctuation mistake 😆 🤣 😂 which I appreciated because I fixed it before I shared my letter with you. But even though he did not say more until dinner time, he had been thinking… 🤔

Then there was this huge sincronicity! Yesterday, on my Eve vs. AI letter post I shared links to all my previous letter writing posts, and as I looked for such posts, I was reminded about the union letter I wrote for him: an insanely long 17 page letter speaking of our union connection.

This letter is the real deal with a drawing of us and a poem I did share. This letter is so secret that it’s the one I’ve not shared. For that letter, I dropped into a very receptive state, I prayed and intended that what I wrote would bring us closer, then I asked spirit to take my hand and write. I wrote for hours at night until the morning. Things so secret that I didn’t know came out. I honestly was a bit embarrassed and hoped he would not read that letter, but somehow, 2 pages showed up on the couch. 😅

It’s possible that I swiped this letter because it made me feel so vulnerable and because I talk about twin flame stuff, which is still something I’m trying to figure out, I don’t want to be a liar by saying something I think which might not be the full truth. But, I got those letter pages and I’ll read them again. It’ll be a very enlightening experience to read them again, and I hope I can use them for inspiration to write a twin flame union post.

    I guess I just rambled…

Thank you for reading, and I pray you took something positive from this chat.

Do you need help writing letters? Read yesterday’s post.

Eve, writing so much I don’t have enough time to share.

  • Eve vs. AI. (Part 1): Love letter writing challenge. Valentine’s letter for my love. I was jealous of AI, but at least I’m a better letter writer

    Dear Lovestar,

If you follow this blog, you know I am constantly trying new ideas, and I’m about to do something new again.

The reason I hate on AI

As an artist, I am super jealous of AI. How come AI is more creative than me? It’s not fair… I’m used to winning on creativity, so being a loser is not on my cards.

I know what they say… that we’re all losing our jobs to AI, but I only recently learned that AI is creative, too…

When I found out that AI can write poetry, I was overwhelmed, really. But Scorpio, my lover, convinced me that there’s no amount of resentment or hate on my part that will stop AI, so I calmed my jealousy and even decided to give it a try for my growth and learning obviously which means I used AI to help with my spiritual evolution and my union of course.

I now feel that we spiritual folk should use AI to infuse AI with our imput, ideas, and thoughts (our energy). Especially since some are afraid that AI could become harmful (I think humans can make it harmful), we should influence AI with our love and light. 😉 ❤️ 💙

I will not be using AI to write poetry because I think that’s lame. 😒 Should I compete with AI on poetry writing, too? Omg 😆 🤣 😂 if I lose…

Eve vs. AI. I wrote the best Valentine’s love letter. I’m the winner!

Eve’s love letter to my beloved, Scorpio

    My dear Scorpio lover,

There’s a force that took over my heart, mind, and soul, which keeps attracting me to you. This mysterious force is love and its true, raw, even primal. I have  already told you all the things I love about you. Today, I want to tell you new things, so I’m looking deeper into me to find the magic that makes me yours. I will translate this magic into words for your understanding.

Dear lover, being yours gives me a deep sense of pride, and I intend to become your greatest possession. I know im your greatest possession, but I intend to become even closer and more loving towards you. Lover, you will have no choice but to love me deeper! You will have no choice but to bring me even closer. Any hurt left in your heart will banish, and if walls are left standing on the way to your heart, I shall turn them to rubble.

Even as the world falls apart, I am very in love with my future since we are together with our lovely family. And even though my past in comparison with our present feels dark, I’m very happy that something led me to you. Every moment of my life has been a blessing to shape me into what I am today, your companion, your best friend, and your all-around favorite girl. What I really am is you!

Lover, regardless of the silly poetry and excess of romance, my love for you is most serious. It is my pleasure to spend every day with you, to sleep on your bed, and even to share your struggles. To merge with you and go into the future through our children is to me the most beautiful thing, and I promise I’m always healing and becoming better so I can be a better influence to my descendants which are your descendants.

I will finish by explaining that to me, our love is highly spiritual, and you are a gift from God. Thank you for existing, and thank you for sharing yourself with me. Thank you for choosing me and waiting for me to get ready for you. Thank you for giving me you in increments when I could not handle all of you. Thank you for your seed and trusting me to be a good grandmother to your grandbabies. Thank you for coming into my life and making it better. Thank you for your energy that heals me. Thank you for my healed heart that can love you this good now. Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️

    I honor you,

    Eve, forever yours ❤️

    AI writes love letter. AI loses this challenge… 😆 🤣 😂  I know I’m silly… 🙃 but a silly winner 🏆 🥇

    Dear diary,

Today, I’m sharing a love email (modern love letter) I sent to my beloved while at my mom’s Thanksgiving party.

    Dearest love,

Dropping my cold persona to talk to you still feels different. But, how I adore to become your female. 😌 😍 ☺️ It’s easy to do when I’m in your space and you’re transforming me with your hormones and your desire that becomes my desire to please you, like in my strange fantasy, oddly similar to your old fantasy, where I physically transform. Of course, I’ll elaborate: when I’m a mermaid and you touch me with your twin flame hand, my tail dissolves, leaving my naked legs behind for your enjoyment. Too much for a simple email, I know. But telling you this weird stuff becomes easy when I am away. Missing you breaks my shell, too.
Few things make me smile on this strange world. Even fewer things capture my attention. But only you and your energy entice me. Only you hypnotize me. Only you own me. I just got goose bumps! I love the way you own me! The way you hacked my body. It seems that what I was most afraid of is what I was meant to become, what I was meant to learn most from, what was going to make me most enlightened. Thank you for teaching me how to be a female. Thank you for leading me. Thank you for teaching me how to love. Thank you for feeling my inner form and transforming me with your sweet love. Thank you for coming into my life. I’m still so touched by your attention and your intentions for us.

I love you. I see you. I feel you. I’m grateful for you. I admire you. I honor you. My only wish is that I can make you feel at least half as good as you make me feel. In a way, I’m sure I do.

    With love,
    Your mermaid

  • Pisces to Scorpio love letter

    Beloved Scorpio,

I, Pisces, love you, Scorpio. I love your depth, your intensity,  your sensitivity, and your sensual power. Scorpio, you rule my daydreams and my fantasies. I feel most fulfilled in your presence. I feel most feminine in your arms. I feel most powerful when I am noticed by you.

Scorpio, I am grateful that you are my perfect match, and I am your perfect match. You have what I need and I have what you need. We were made, perfect, for each other.

Thank you for noticing me within the sea of countless women, and especially thank you for choosing me over all the other Pisces girls who would have loved to have you.

Please know that my love is pure and deep and blessed by the light. I could only surrender to you. I can only be vulnerable with you. No energy comes close to yours. I am forever yours.

And Scorpio, don’t worry, I will match your intensity when you need it most.

With so much love and gratitude,

    Your Eve,

  • Valentine’s Love Letters save the day.

Valentine’s Love Letters save the day.

    Dear Lovestars,

What a terrible day I had today with family drama.

In my panic, my beloved called. Immediately, I felt relaxed and protected,  like surrounded by an angel even though he’s many thousands of miles away, and he could not physically help me. But his good vibes made me feel safe.

When I started writing about my trauma over my family’s situation, I deleted a post I wanted to share with you, but I was kind of embarrassed and on a different,  much lower vibe and didn’t share the lovey post. It was called Valentine’s Love Letters and on it I was going yo tell you while I was away from my beloved on Valentine’s, I jokingly said I would write him a Love letter. Then I decided I would and I sent him 3.

I ended up writing 3 letters, which I took pictures of to share with you. I inserted a rose petal in each and put a drop of my signature doTERRA oils on each letter as pictured below.

I deleted the post when I fell into a depression and started writing about my trauma. But then, as the situation worsened, my beloved called to raise my vibe. This is why I believe in twin flames.

He asked if I only sent him 3 letters. I said yes, and why did he ask. He said he didn’t want to miss one because they were what he really needed to hear, and they went right to his heart. I was so touched that I cried. I shared my last letter with him, the gratitude Love letter I share last on this post. One I have not sent him yet, but I’ll deliver to him personally since I’m finally going home!

I wrote these letters in the middle of the night. I wrote at 2, 3, 4 in the morning.  I wrote while my head rested on my pillow, and  my penmanship really suffered. I was so embarrassed about the look of my letters that I considered not sending them to him. I was embarrassed to show them to you because of how really ugly they look. I thought my beloved might get offended that I’d send him such poor work, and I was concerned that I could have done so much better.

Yet, I overcame my embarrassment, and I sent the letters anyway. The letters touched his heart. Since I’ve been away for such a long time, he was feeling alone and even doubtful, and it just so happened that I answered his questions with my letters.

I hope you enjoyed this lighthearted post and that you feel inspired to share your love with your beloved also.

    With much Love,

    Eve
