Ego work. Operation grind and ground the ego has just begun. Update 1, recognition.
The energy I’m feeling right now is about shadow work, more specifically ego work.
I’ve heard that the first step in healing is noticing that there is something to be healed and that’s where I am with my ego.
I have noticed that sometimes my Ego needs a lot of quieting! And of course that might be putting it mildly.
And that is why I decided to write this silly quote/ poem. Please feel free to download/ print/ share so long as is not edited.
It is a long story, the story of my ego.
I am not some egotistical maniac first of all. I talk about my Ego in a spiritual awakening sense, meaning I have recognized what is my soul and called what is not soul Ego.
In this worldly 3D Matrix, we have all been programmed to believe that we are the Apex creation. We are at it. No other animal is better. We where created in God’s image and we are here to dominate all other creatures.I want to reach the depths of my soul and I am willing to sacrifice my Ego to achieve this.
This will be a process and you will read / hear about this again. Please let me know what you think.
Thank you very much for reading. With much love,
Eve π¦π»π¦

Say what you mean. Life poetry
Check out Eve Sanchez’s poem! https://poetizer.com/poem/1062595
“End the wrong NOs. Say the YES you mean”
Just like good little children,
Dressers in flowers,
Wearing bows π
We learned all the bad habits
Of the grown-ups that we found.
We felt they needed love
And we wanted the same.
We wanted their acceptance
So we showed them
All that we could learn,
How cute we could look,
We impressed with our manners,
And our knowledge, our school.
They showed us off,
We impressed their friends,
Some claimed our success
And when we did not impress,
They said NO, NO, NO.
We learned politics,
Some math,
We learned gossip,
To write.
We learned to read,
And complain,
We learned to cheat,
To lie, to ask,
To be subservient.
We learned to work,
Some learned business,
Some to steal.
But we can’t blame them
Since they learned the same,
Just like we did.
It’s up to us to wake up,
π€π»π·ππ¦πβββββ
π¦ππ π€£ππ ππππ
SO WE DON’T TEACH THE SAME
TO OUR KIDS.
We learned to say YES
To the food that they ate,
To their clothes and their ways,
We learned to please them,
We did things we didn’t want,
Just because we were told,
Or just to be accepted and liked.
Keeping up the old matrix
Of the race.
We learned to say NO
To all that is different,
To say no to change,
To say no to learn,
No to some friends,
The lucky ones to strangers.
Will never have a boyfriend NOOOOOO…
Will never have sex. π€£
And when you do,
You’ll say no anyway
To some things even if you
Want them all the way.
And then you’ll say hey,
Why did I turn him down?
I really wanted him anyways
If only he offered it to me again
So I could tell him I want him, YES. π€©
But he might never really ask again π
And then you’ll have to offer it yourself. π¦π¦π¦
I believe in sexual liberation
But with just one man.
I can say YES
Very confidently,
Knowing well in my β€οΈ,
What I love in my bed.
And forget
What my mother would say!π
I can eat what I like,
And don’t eat what I don’t.
I live where I love,
I say yes to change,
Even if others might think
I should say no.
No one has to please me
And I like it that way,
But I expect the sameΒ
In return.Β
