My time was great and then we had a sad accident in the family. Sometimes we try and the lessons do not stop. Sometimes all we can do is grieve.
But if grieving is something we have to do, then we must grieve. I believe now that keeping the grieving in is dangerous, even.

This poem came through me during a time when my own heart was being pulled between light and darkness, between the self I thought I was and the self I had yet to meet.
“Deep beneath my shadow, There’s no light to show The darkness I hide there, And secrets I don’t know.”
When I wrote those words, I didn’t realize I was describing what Carl Jung called the Shadow, that hidden realm of our psyche that holds everything we repress, deny, or refuse to see in ourselves. In modern spirituality, we often speak of “shadow work,” but it’s not just a trend, it’s sacred psychology. Jung said the shadow is not evil; it’s the part of us that longs for integration, love, and wholeness.
For twin flames, this becomes even more personal. Your shadow is mirrored by your counterpart. What you reject in yourself will often appear in them. That’s why shadow work is union work, it’s how we prepare for divine connection.
When I say, “I shine a light into myself,” it’s a call to self-awareness. We can’t manifest light without acknowledging what’s hidden beneath it. We must meet the parts of ourselves that ache to be loved.
This first part is your invitation: Don’t run from your darkness, hold it. The light you seek in your twin flame, in the divine, already burns in the very shadow you fear to face.
I am collecting all my Carl Jung research into ebooks and soon you will see my collection of already published Carl Jung psychology for inner healing stuff.

—
✨ Journal Prompts for Defining and Achieving Success
1. What does success look like for me right now, in my own words?
2. How do I define success in love, in family, and in business? Are these definitions aligned or different?
3. What emotions do I hope success will bring me (peace, joy, freedom, recognition, stability)?
4. When have I felt most successful in the past, and what made that moment meaningful?
5. How do I want to celebrate success, with myself, with my partner, or with my family?

8. What does balance between love, work, and family look like in my ideal vision of success?
9. What daily habits or choices can I commit to that will move me closer to our vision of success?
10. If I trusted completely that “our current version will succeed,” how would that change the way I act today?
🍷 Ritual of the Two Cups: Celebrating Shared Success
You’ll need:
Two matching cups (wine, juice, tea, or water with rose petals for Venus, whatever feels celebratory)
A candle (symbolizing clarity and shared vision)
Your journal and pen
Steps:
1. Prepare the Space Light the candle and place the two cups side by side. Imagine they are vessels of balance, filled with your energy and your partner’s/family’s energy.
2. Define Success Aloud Together (or alone if doing this personally), hold your cup and speak aloud one sentence that begins with: “Success, to me, feels like…” If done as a couple/family, take turns so everyone voices their truth.
3. Pour and Balance Fill both cups equally. As you pour, visualize the wine (or drink) as abundance flowing evenly between love and work, home and heart.
4. The Shared Toast Raise your cups and say: “Our vision will succeed as it is. In balance, in love, in trust.” Take a sip together.
5. Seal in Writing After the toast, open your journal. Answer the prompts that feel most alive. If with a partner, you can both write separately and then share highlights or co-create one list of shared dreams.
6. Closing the Circle Blow out the candle, thanking the flame for illuminating your vision. Leave the cups side by side for the rest of the day or night as a symbol of ongoing harmony.
It will work if you stay true to your mission. No weaknesses shall come between us and our dreams. So it is.

This is an excerpt of an old long poem I have not in my possession.
I am collecting my old poetry to give them new life, I wish to find that old poem and I know where to look for it. Stay in touch if you like poetry and specifically, my poetry.
The poem “Below the Shame” delves into the depths of human experience, exploring what lies beneath the often overwhelming emotion of shame. Here’s a deep dive into its meaning and layers:
Shame as a Surface Emotion
Shame is one of the most powerful and destructive emotions. It can make us feel small, unworthy, and disconnected from who we truly are. It acts like a mask, suffocating our authentic self and forcing us to hide behind walls of self-doubt, fear, and even self-loathing. The poem speaks to this by asking what lies beneath that shame—what’s hidden in the deepest recesses of our being once we’ve confronted and peeled back those layers.
The Killer of Personality and Authenticity
Shame is described here as a “killer”—a force that diminishes who we are. When shame takes over, it disconnects us from our core, preventing us from living authentically and expressing our true personality. People may adopt personas or hide parts of themselves to avoid judgment or rejection, and in doing so, they suppress their unique essence. This repression kills the natural vibrancy, confidence, and individuality that make us who we are. I have been there most of my life for some hidden reason. There is no shame in admitting that today.
What Lies Below Shame? Let us meditate on this…
This is the most profound part of the poem—what exists beyond that shame, if we dig deep enough? Below the shame lies:
Wounded Inner Child: Often, beneath shame are unresolved wounds from childhood, where feelings of inadequacy or rejection took root. The shame becomes a protective layer to guard that vulnerable part of us, but to heal, we must reach beneath and reconnect with the wounded child, offering compassion and understanding.
Truth and Vulnerability: Shame obscures our truth. Once you look beyond it, there is raw vulnerability—an openness that is honest and real. It is where your true self, without pretense or façade, exists. However, vulnerability feels dangerous, which is why shame becomes the armor, protecting that truth from being seen.
Authenticity: Beneath the shame is your authentic self, longing to emerge. It’s the version of you that isn’t held back by societal expectations, criticism, or fear of being “less than.” When you confront shame and release it, you rediscover this authentic self—a self that is free, expressive, and unburdened.
Power: There is power beneath shame. Once the layers are peeled away, you reclaim your personal strength. You understand that you are worthy, lovable, and valuable as you are, without needing to hide or suppress parts of yourself. This empowerment comes from embracing all aspects of yourself, even the ones you’ve been told to feel ashamed of.
Spiritual Perspective
For a spiritual audience, especially twin flames, pagans, or seekers, this can resonate as a journey of shadow work—confronting the darker, hidden parts of ourselves to integrate them into the whole. Shame is often a product of past trauma, societal conditioning, or rejection, and by going “below” it, you embark on a healing journey toward self-love and acceptance.
In twin flame dynamics, the poem might speak to how both partners must confront their own shame to fully embrace the connection. Only by peeling back those layers can they reveal their truest selves to each other. Thus, healing this shame is a path to union.
Invitation
“Below the Shame” invites deep reflection on what it means to live authentically. It challenges us to look beyond the fear, judgment, and suppression that shame creates, to rediscover the core of who we are—our personality, our power, our vulnerability. By doing so, we reclaim the authenticity that shame has tried to take away.
In a world that often feels chaotic, we can easily forget this simple truth: Love heals. It’s a force that transcends time, space, and even the physical realm, connecting us deeply to one another and to the divine. For spiritual seekers, Love is more than an emotion—it is an energy, a source of profound transformation that can guide us toward inner peace, joy, and wholeness.
But how exactly does Love heal? And how can we tap into this power to bring healing into our lives and the lives of others?
1. Love as a Vibrational Energy
Love is often described as the highest vibrational frequency even though there is a vibrational scale that places other vibrations higher than Love. When we love and are loved, we raise our energetic frequency, aligning ourselves with positivity, light, and the divine essence of the universe. When we operate from a place of love—whether it’s self-love, romantic love, or unconditional love for humanity—we become magnets for healing. Our bodies, minds, and spirits begin to harmonize with this elevated vibration, leading to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
By simply tuning into love, we are tuning into a force that can melt away fear, dissolve pain, and restore balance. Love, in its purest form, is the essence of the universe’s healing power.
I once went through the Love and Above Mindvalley course and learned this very fact: the vibration of love and higher is health, wealth, hope, safety….
2. Healing Through Self-Love
One of the most profound ways that love heals is through self-love. When we Love and honor ourselves, we create a sanctuary within. Self-love is the foundation of all healing because it allows us to nurture our inner being, recognizing our worth, and embracing the sacredness of our existence.
Self-love is not just about pampering or treating ourselves—it is about forgiving ourselves, speaking kindly to ourselves, and creating space for growth. When we learn to Love ourselves, we release the toxic patterns that hold us back and begin to experience healing on the deepest level.
3. Love as a Path to Emotional Healing
Our hearts carry wounds—old hurts, grief, and unresolved emotions—that weigh us down and prevent us from fully experiencing life. Love has the unique ability to bring those buried emotions to the surface, allowing us to heal. Whether through the loving support of others, the embrace of a romantic partner, or the compassion we show ourselves, Love soothes the soul.
When we share our burdens, speak our truth, and allow ourselves to be vulnerable with those we trust, we begin to release emotional pain. Love holds space for us to be seen and heard without judgment. It reminds us that we are never alone in our suffering, and that healing is not only possible but inevitable when we open our hearts.
4. Love in Relationships: A Healing Bond
Relationships built on love, trust, and compassion offer profound opportunities for healing. Through meaningful connections with others—whether it be with a partner, family, or friends—we experience Love as a mirror that reflects both our light and our shadows. In these relationships, we are challenged to grow, heal old wounds, and evolve.
Romantic Love, in particular, can be a powerful vehicle for healing. It teaches us about vulnerability, acceptance, and the art of giving and receiving love. When we love someone deeply, we begin to see the sacredness in both ourselves and them. Healing happens when we embrace Love in its many forms—compassion, patience, forgiveness, and kindness.
5. Love Heals the Collective Spirit
Love doesn’t just heal individuals; it heals communities and even the world. When we extend Love beyond ourselves—when we show kindness, offer a helping hand, or simply hold space for others—we contribute to the healing of the collective spirit. The ripple effect of Love is powerful: one act of Love can inspire countless others.
By embodying Love in our daily actions, we not only heal ourselves but also help to heal the world around us. Love has the power to break down barriers, mend broken hearts, and restore balance to a planet in need of deep healing.
6. Love as a Spiritual Practice
For those of us on a spiritual journey, Love is the cornerstone of our practice. Whether we are meditating, praying, or simply being mindful, Love is the energy that connects us to the divine. It reminds us that we are all interconnected, all part of the same sacred web of life.
Through spiritual practices we can cultivate Love as a healing force in our lives. By sending Love to ourselves, our loved ones, and even those we find difficult to Love, we participate in the flow of healing energy that transforms both our inner and outer worlds.
7. Opening Your Heart to the Healing Power of Love
Healing through Love requires us to open our hearts, even when it feels vulnerable or scary. It asks us to trust that Love is always present, even in moments of pain or uncertainty. When we open ourselves to Love, we allow the universe to work through us, guiding us toward our highest good.
So how can you open your heart to Love’s healing power? Here are a few practices:
Practice Self-Compassion: When you feel overwhelmed, speak to yourself kindly, as if you were comforting a dear friend.
Express Gratitude: Focus on the people, experiences, and moments that bring Love into your life. Gratitude helps cultivate a loving heart.
Connect Deeply with Others: Spend time with loved ones, listen deeply, and offer your love without expectation.
Cultivate a Loving Mindset: See challenges as opportunities for Love to grow. Approach difficulties with compassion rather than fear.
Meditate on Love: Practice sending love to yourself and others in your meditation. Visualize healing light surrounding you and those you Love.
Read a Love Poem. I have a few of those.
In Closing: Love as Medicine for the Soul
At the core of every spiritual journey is Love. It is the force that guides us home, heals our deepest wounds, and reminds us of our divine nature. Whether we are healing ourselves or helping others, Love is the medicine that nourishes the soul.
In a world that often seems broken, Love offers hope. Love shows us that healing is not only possible, but it is our birthright. So, let’s walk this path together, sharing Love, offering kindness, and trusting that through Love, we will all heal.
How do you use Love in your healing or spiritual journey?
I have been listening to Shaman Durek (fun fact, my lover is a shaman), and I tried this tell me more trick while sitting in nature.
I immediately heard my twin flame say I love you, which triggered a beautiful heart-opening reaction.
I then asked tell me more and beautiful, loving, and some private thoughts came through increasing the warmth I was feeling in my heart.
It was a beautiful mini meditation that left me smiling.
Coming soon: note on the smiling. I’m starting a smile more challenge ☺️ 😊 😄
It is for Venus and I will be talking about this soon.
I also received a request from Spirit to talk about my spiritual view of why our monthly running (or moon connecting blood offering) can be extremely after profound spiritual work.
I became sad today. Just out of nowhere came a heaviness, and then my vibe sank.
Sometimes, I don't feel well Whether I show it or not. Some feelings I can't explain Some energies I don't translate. When I get in my own way I simply go away and cry My eyes put, all alone.
Was it really out of nowhere? I was listening to a fabulous Mel Robbins podcast about attachment styles that explained how they relate to our childhood traumas and the core wounds of every style. The podcast was so good that I took notes, and I might have figured out my own attachment style. It should have been a moment of joy at discovering such a huge part of me. Additionally, Mel’s guest explained that we can actually change our attachment style, which is very empowering, and that was the first time I heard that.
However, rather than feeling empowered, out of me came a heaviness.
Is it because my birthday is coming and I feel strangely alone?
Am I being crushed under my own high expectations of me?
Is my cup empty?
All I know is I felt so sad today that I was unable to cook dinner.
Is it because I’m being reminded of my dad wound that was opened wide last year at around this same time. A wound that destroyed my birthday last year and lasted so long that I was unable to enjoy my child’s birthday also?
And then my lover shows up and asks:
Is it because I’m pregnant? I will be taking a pregnancy test.
Or is it because I need to do more healing? Always
Either way, between Olaf and my beloved Scorpio, I was in a good place again.
And then I'm well again: After journaling, And the creation of poetry I am well again. With word play I found the power To keep going again. My beloved shared his energy With me and we made love. I wore crystals, I wore yellow, And this powered me to go Well beyond where I was stuck In my mind. I then spent lots of time In the sun And I talked to the people I Love. I am happy again. All is well.
Dear friend,
I do my best to be a positive influence on the internet to somewhat balance the negative influences.
However, acting as though I’m always happy would be dishonest, and I don’t want to lie to you.
I don’t have this figured out, and that is why I journal. Why am I so bold to journal publicly, often exposing secrets? It saves me time because I don’t have to write something else to post here and also because some of my best wisdom comes this way. There’s a power in journaling that might be more powerful than poetry.
On that topic, and away from my feelings, journaling precedes poetry! If you aspire to be a poet or want to make your poetry better, start journaling! This is the wisdom I was referring to and why journaling is so powerful. It pulls information out of us. It translates our baggage into text, and it’s so healing.
Poems are like spells
If you asked me how to be happy, I’d tell you to journal and read good poetry! But I’m not a happiness expert!
I’m a Love expert, though. I made myself laugh. My Muses are funny, too! This reminded me of the movie Frozen when Christoff tells Ana and Olaf his family members, who are trolls, are love experts, and Olaf hilariously says he is a love expert! That is my favorite part of that movie. My favorite part in the second movie is when Olaf, the wisest character in the movir, explains to Elsa that water has memory, and with that knowledge, her powers increased, an epic moment in the movie. We’re in the Elsa topic because Olaf makes me smile. When I drew Elsa about 6 years ago, I racked my brains, trying to figure out the main lesson in the movie. It wasn’t, I found, any of the catchy lines from the songs. The line I wrote in my picture was Love Thaws. That is the main lesson from the first movie.
I have much more to learn about love, too! I guess I’m not an expert at all
I will talk about submitting to my beloved in a sexual way. Nothing too intimidating but very sexy 😏 😉 😜. I will speak of the negative impact feminism had on my relationship.
For at least seven months now, I have been receiving signs and sincronicities to drop my feminism and to submit to my beloved Scorpio. Yes, Scorpio would probably adore that, and probably Scorpio would never use the word adore, though he feels it! 😆 🤣 😂
I have been in contact with a lovely spirit being I call our union guide. This guide tells me what I need to hear always and has been giving me clues to where I need to upgrade, let’s say, to be a match for our (me and Scorpio’s) highest union.
I listen to my spirit guide always. I’m not going to lie, I have complained about the work I had to do to be a match for union. But my spirit guide only gives me as much work as I can handle at a time, which is why the bite size clues. The first sign was a simple word, and that word was:
I love you deeply and you are loved by many. You too are able to love.
With the utmost respect, please be informed that your heart was not just guarded, your heart was broken, and therefore you were unable to love. Don’t fear, this is for your protection as you are vulnerable.
You heal.
