Note: You can perform the rituals up to 2 days after the full moon.
This full moon is special because it opens a portal that will last probably all month. During the next new moon, we will have an eclipse, so this entire month will be charged, and this ritual will be appropriate anytime. Also feel free to adjust for other times.
Full Moon in Leo Venus Ritual
“3-STEP HEART ENTHRONEMENT WITH VENUS”
This is a simple 10 to 20-minute ritual you can do at home for the Leo Full Moon in February, guided by Venus, the goddess of love, beauty, and devotion.
You don’t need much. You mostly need a little privacy and a willingness to be kind to your own heart.
STEP 1 – BUILD A TINY HEART ALTAR
Choose a small surface: a nightstand, part of your desk, a spot on the floor.
Place:
One candle (any color; pink, red, or white if you have it)
One object that makes you feel beautiful or special (ring, necklace, scarf, perfume, lipstick, etc.)
Set them down slowly, as if you are preparing a seat for your own heart.
Light the candle and say:
“Venus, She Who Enthrones the Heart, walk with me tonight. Help me remember that my existence is already an offering.”
Take three slow breaths, in and out through your nose.
STEP 2 – A SMALL ACT OF ADORNMENT
Pick up your chosen object.
Hold it in your hands and breathe softly onto it, as if you’re waking it up.
Say:
“As I wear this, I remember I am worthy of pleasure, admiration, and devotion.”
Now adorn yourself, put on the ring, the necklace, the scarf, the lipstick, slowly and intentionally. Do it not for social media, not for anyone else’s eyes, but as a private offering to your own heart.
If you have a mirror, look gently into your eyes for a few breaths. Notice what happens when you look with curiosity instead of criticism.
Whisper:
“Heart of mine, I see you.”
STEP 3 – ONE QUESTION FOR 2026 LOVE
Take your journal or a scrap of paper.
Write this at the top:
“How do I want to experience love more boldly this year?”
Let “love” mean anything it needs to: romance, friendship, creativity, your body, your spiritual path.
Write freely for 5–10 minutes. No editing. No judging. Just honesty.
When you’re done, place your hand over your heart and say three times:
“I am worthy of the love I desire.”
Blow out the candle, imagining the smoke carrying your words to Venus.
Keep your little altar object close (wear it, or keep it by your bed) for the next few days as a reminder of what your heart asked for tonight.
If this mini ritual moved something in you and you’re craving deeper, guided work with Venus and the Full Moon, that’s exactly what we’re doing inside my Temple of the Moon Goddess on Patreon.
There you’ll receive the complete Leo–Venus ritual, full altar instructions, spoken invocations, movement, extended journaling, and emotional support for your 2026 love and self-worth journey.
If this felt like a beginning, you’re warmly invited to take your place in the temple.

Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down. Let your hands rest softly, and if it feels safe, close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose… Hold for a moment… And exhale gently through your mouth.
Again, breathe in… and out… One more time, in… and out… Let your breath begin to fall into its own natural rhythm, like gentle waves against the shore.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your whole body. Let your jaw unclench, your shoulders soften, your belly loosen. With every exhale, imagine you are melting a little more into this support, letting the day pour out of you.
Now, in your mind’s eye, notice the night around you. Above, a luminous full moon hangs in a velvet sky, large and bright. Her light is soft, silvery, and kind. This is the full moon of Venus: love, beauty, self-worth, and sacred pleasure glowing in the dark.
Imagine that moonlight pouring down like liquid silver over the crown of your head. Feel it gently washing over your scalp, down the back of your neck, across your shoulders. With each breath, the light moves further, relaxing your arms, your chest, your belly, your hips, your legs, all the way to your feet.
Let this light become tinged with the soft rose-gold of Venus. See yourself bathed in a halo of pink and silver light, like a tender embrace. This is the frequency of unconditional love: nothing to prove, nowhere to perform, simply existing and being cherished.
Bring one hand, or simply your awareness, to your heart center. Feel the breath moving underneath your hand, rising and falling. Whisper inwardly or out loud: “I am willing to see myself through the eyes of love.”
As you breathe, notice if there is any tightness, heaviness, or old ache around your heart. You do not need to fix it. Just let the full moon Venus light surround it, as if you are holding that tender place in warm, gentle hands.
With every inhale, invite in the qualities of Venus: softness, sensuality, receptivity, beauty, self-worth. With every exhale, let go of what blocks them: self-criticism, old stories of not-enough, the pressure to earn love.
Inhale: “I am worthy.” Exhale: “I release the lie that I must prove my worth.”
Inhale: “My heart is a sacred home.” Exhale: “I let go of the armor that no longer protects me.”
Now, imagine you are standing in a moonlit garden. The full moon Venus shines above, and all around you roses are blooming: blush pink, deep red, creamy white. The air is thick with their fragrance, soft and sweet. This garden is the inner temple of your heart.
Feel the cool earth beneath your bare feet. You walk slowly along a path, noticing how the moonlight makes every petal, every leaf, shimmer. The garden does not hurry to bloom. It does not apologize for its beauty. It simply exists, wild, open, fragrant.
Ahead, you see a stone bench or a small altar bathed in moonlight. On this altar lies a single rose, glowing with pink-gold light. This rose is a symbol of your own heart, your capacity to love and be loved, to give and receive pleasure, to honor your desires.
Gently, in your mind, pick up this rose. Feel its softness against your skin. Notice the thorns along the stem, your boundaries, your discernment, your “no” that protects your “yes.” You do not have to choose between softness and strength. In the temple of Venus, they grow from the same stem.
Bring the rose to your heart center and let it merge into your chest, becoming a radiant blossom of light inside you. See this rose opening petal by petal with each breath, revealing more of your true self, more of your beauty, more of your longing.
Ask your heart, quietly: “What do I truly desire to feel in love, with myself, with others, with life?” Notice any words, images, or sensations that arise. You might hear “cherished,” “safe,” “seen,” “wild,” “sensual,” “free.” There is no right answer. Just let your heart speak.
Now ask: “What am I ready to release under this full moon, so that I can receive that love?” Perhaps it is an old story: “I am too much” or “I am not enough.” Perhaps it is a pattern of over-giving, people-pleasing, dimming your light, betraying your own body’s wisdom.
See that pattern or story as a gray, smoky cloud in front of your chest. With the next few exhales, gently blow it out of your field, as if you are exhaling the smoke away. Watch as the full moon above you shines brighter, dissolving the cloud into nothing.
Whisper to yourself: “Under this full moon and with Venus, I release what no longer honors my heart.” “I choose to be loyal to my own softness, my own beauty, my own desire.”
Feel now how the rose-gold light of Venus pours down even more strongly from the moon, entering your crown, flowing through your heart, and moving down into your belly. Let it settle in your womb or lower belly space, your creative center, your seat of pleasure and power. Whether you have a physical womb or not, this energetic center belongs to you.
Breathe into this space. Inhale into your lower belly, letting it gently expand. Exhale and relax the pelvic floor, the hips, the low back. Let Venus remind this part of you that pleasure is holy, that your body is not a machine but a temple.
Repeat softly: “My body is worthy of tenderness.” “My pleasure is a prayer.” “I am allowed to receive love without earning it.”
Let these words sink in, not just into your mind, but into your cells.
Now, bring your awareness back to the whole body. From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes, you are bathed in full moon light, tinged with the pink-gold glow of Venus. You are a pillar of soft radiance, standing in your own garden of roses.
Take a moment to offer gratitude, to the moon, to Venus, to your own heart for showing up. You might silently say: “Thank you, Venus, for reminding me of my worth.” “Thank you, Moon, for reflecting my light back to me.” “Thank you, body, for carrying me through this life.”
Begin to deepen your breath now. Feel the air entering your lungs, the rise and fall of your chest. Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes. Roll your shoulders, maybe circle your wrists or ankles. If it feels good, place both hands over your heart or your lower belly, sealing in this Venusian light.
When you are ready, take one last slow, nourishing breath in… And a long, releasing exhale out…
Slowly, softly, open your eyes, bringing this full moon Venus energy back with you, into your relationships, your creativity, your rituals, and the way you speak to yourself.
Your heart is a rose in moonlight. You are worthy of a love that feels like this.
Also join me in the Leo Full Venus Ritual within the Moon Goddess Temple. Work with the full moon up to 2 days after the full moon has passed. This full moon will be powerful due to an eclipse going on during the next new moon, so the energy will be potent and available for ritual probably during the entire month of February.
Thank you for being here,

On February 1, 2026, the Full Moon in Leo arrives like a golden spotlight for your heart, and in my world, she is guided by Venus as She Who Enthrones the Heart. This isn’t the love that begs, over-explains, or waits to be chosen, it’s the love that remembers, “My very existence is an offering.” Under this moon, the invitation is simple and profound: treat your heart like a royal altar instead of a problem to fix.
One of the easiest ways to work with this energy is through a small, at‑home ritual: a single candle, one object that makes you feel beautiful, a few slow breaths, and a moment of honest reflection about how you want to experience love more boldly this year. Love here is not just romance, it is friendship, creativity, devotion to your path, tenderness with your body, and the way you allow the divine feminine to move through your daily life. When you adorn yourself intentionally and look into your own eyes with softness instead of critique, you are already practicing Venusian magic.
If this stirs something in you and you’re longing for more goddess‑centered ritual, my Patreon Moon Temple is where we go deeper with the Leo Full Moon and every full moon of 2026. There, I share full guided rituals, extended Venus invocations, journal journeys, and ongoing teachings for spiritual seekers of the divine feminine who want structure, beauty, and emotional safety around their practice. You’re warmly invited to step into the temple and let your heart be enthroned with us.
If you imagine a priestess starting a spiritual business, you might picture endless free time, silent mornings, long baths, and perfectly staged altars. That is not my reality. My reality is five kids who need breakfast, a sink that never empties, and a brain that holds grocery lists and goddess invocations at the same time. My reality is feeling the moon pulling on my emotions, wanting to honour her with ritual, and then realizing it is already midnight and I am exhausted. For a long time, I used that as proof that I could not be “properly spiritual” or “ready” for my own business.
Then I noticed something: the women I wanted to serve were living the same kind of life. They were not waiting in monasteries with nothing to do; they were working, parenting, caregiving, healing from religion, rediscovering their bodies after trauma or shame. They did not need a priestess who lived in a tower of perfection; they needed a priestess who knew how to pray while stirring the pot, to invoke Aphrodite while folding laundry, to speak with Persephone while brushing her teeth, to call on Hekate at the crossroads of everyday decisions. They needed a temple that would fit inside a human schedule.
This is where Lovestar Temple comes in. It is my answer to the question: “How can I keep ritual in my life forever, not just when things are easy?” For 2026, I created a Full Moon Goddess calendar and journal, not because I am organized by nature, but because I know that without a plan, my rituals will be the first thing sacrificed to exhaustion. The calendar pre-plans the altars, the archetypes, the questions, so that when life is loud, ritual is still possible. Ten minutes at the sink becomes a moon bath. A single page in a journal becomes a temple floor on which you can kneel. Ritual becomes sustainable, not fragile.
Fear still whispers: “What if no one comes? What if they judge you? What if you fail in public?” But when those fears surface, something deeper answers: “This was never just about success. This was about creating a home for women who feel the same ache you do.” If you are reading this and your body longs for ritual but your life feels too full, Lovestar Temple was built with you in mind. You are invited, not as a perfect devotee, but as you are: messy, tired, hopeful, holy. In this temple, every imperfect attempt at showing up counts as worship.
A lot of women say: “I love to work with the moon, but by the time it’s full, I’m too tired to do any kind of ritual.”
That’s why my 2026 Full Moon Goddess Calendar is created for busy people in the real world.
You do not need to do a 90‑minute ritual to be in relationship with the moon.
Here is a simple outline you can use for any full moon when all you have is ten minutes:
Light a candle and take three deep breaths. Say the name of the goddess of that moon out loud, even if you feel silly.
Write down one sentence about what hurts or feels heavy right now.
Write down one sentence about what you want to feel instead.
Say one affirmation that feels like a bridge between those two truths.
Blow out the candle and trust that you were heard.
The calendar gives you the specifics so you don’t have to invent them: the exact goddess, the exact journal question, a suggested affirmation, and a small physical gesture that anchors the energy in your body.
For example, on the Nike Blue Moon, your Hearth ritual might simply be: stand with your arms open like wings, name one thing you survived that you never got credit for, and say, “I move forward with confidence and purpose.”
That is enough for one full moon.
If you want all of these Hearth / Circle / Temple versions written out for every full moon of 2026, you can purchase the Full Moon Goddess Calendar ebook for $7. It is designed so that even on your hardest nights, there is always a version you can do.
If you crave being held in a group, my Moon Goddess Temple on Patreon offers guided live rituals for each full moon, along with written texts, prompts, and ongoing messages. You just show up; I lead us through the steps.
And if you are in a season where you can only manage a small touch-in, my Ko‑fi Full Moon Goddess Messages are perfect. You receive a short message and affirmation from the goddess of that moon. You can read it in bed and whisper the words as your entire ritual.
The moon doesn’t ask for perfection. She asks for presence. Ten minutes counts.

Ishtar, a super ancient Love goddess and likely an Aphrodite predecessor, was this goddess, she was a goddess of war and love, and she had lion pets.
I built my 2026 Full Moon Goddess Calendar around specific goddesses who walk with us through the year. Each one holds a different part of our healing: rest, descent, shadow, courage, abundance, instinct.
Here are a few of the goddesses you’ll meet.
Selene is the soft, luminous mother of the night sky. She appears on the Cancer full moons, holding your nervous system when you are overwhelmed. Her rituals in the calendar are all about rest, emotional safety, and letting yourself be cradled instead of always being the one who carries everyone else.
Persephone walks with you at the Scorpio full moon as the queen of descent and return. With her, you don’t pretend that things are fine when they’re not. You name the transformation you’re resisting and the fears that keep you from stepping through the door that is already open.
Nyx shows up at the Pisces eclipse, inviting you into the deep, star-filled dark. Her work is about shadow wisdom, the intuition that only arrives when you stop demanding constant light and let yourself be held by night.
Nike arrives on the Sagittarius Blue Moon as the winged goddess of victory. This is the rare second full moon in one month, and her ritual is about claiming what years of pain and training have already prepared you for. She is the archetype of “I earned this.”
Artemis closes the year under Cancer’s protection as the wild huntress. With her, you reclaim instinct, boundaries, and the right to be both tender and untamed.
These are just a few of the goddesses who anchor the year. Each full moon ritual in the calendar is written in detail: how to set your space, how to move your body, what to say, what to write, and how to close the rite so you aren’t left open and raw.
If you want to walk 2026 with these goddesses month by month, you can purchase the Full Moon Goddess Calendar eBook for $7. It is made for real life, especially for women who are tired, busy, and still hungry for something sacred.
If you’d rather be guided, you can join my Moon Goddess Temple on Patreon, where we do the full moon rituals together, live. You get community, replays, extra writing prompts, and ongoing support as you move through the year.
You don’t have to meet these goddesses only in myths. You can meet them on your living room floor, under every full moon of 2026.

And for a more bite-sized way to connect, my Ko‑fi Full Moon Goddess Messages bring you a short, channeled note from that month’s goddess, a soft landing when you don’t have energy for a full ceremony.
On the night of the first full moon of the year, when the Moon enters the watery house of Cancer and climbs high as the Wolf Moon, you are summoned to the inner temple of Selene, She‑of‑the‑Silver‑Chariot, Queen of Night and Tides. Lay aside the garments of haste and duty; cross this threshold as one who remembers that rest is a rite and tenderness a law older than empires. In this chapter, you do not merely observe the Moon, you present yourself before the Moon Herself, veiled in white, crowned with light, watching over oceans, shores, and sleeping hearts.
Enter your chamber as if entering a sanctuary. Let the lamps be dim, the air cool and soft, the noise of the world left beyond the door. Spread white or pale blue cloth upon a chosen surface and set there a single white candle, a clear bowl of water, and, if it pleases you, a stone that has tasted the Moon, moonstone, selenite, or clear quartz, cool beneath your fingers. Around them you may place symbols of home and belonging: a small key, a shell, a photograph of those to whom your heart returns. In this temple, your body is not a machine of labor; it is a vessel awaiting luminous filling.
When the hour feels ripe and night has settled, sit before this altar. Place one hand upon your heart and the other upon your belly, seat of waters and tides. Draw nine slow breaths, each an offering. With each inhale, imagine the pale glow of Selene descending from the high vault of the sky, pouring into your chest; with each exhale, let the weight of the last year slip down your spine and into the earth. Then take fire to wick, and as the candle awakens, speak softly, yet with the authority of one who calls a goddess by her true name:
“Selene, white‑robed Lady of the Night, Rider of the silver‑shining path, Watcher of seas and sleepers, I kindle this flame in your honor. Look upon me with gentle eyes. Make of my heart a quiet shore beneath your Moon.”
