I have been busy with a few projects: completing the move from my doctor to midwife, setting appointments, shopping etc. I’m at the phase of my pregnancy when I’m cleaning and organizing the house and I’m planning for the birth. I also have a few projects going for my children and myself, for example, since we last talked, I made 2 hats for my youngest children and I’ve been making a blanket for my youngest daughter. On top of all this as busyness, my 2 oldest children started school post holiday this week and this adds another level to already busy. And I got sick yesterday, so I was unable to blog when my phone let me know it was time for it.
Today, I had to podcast! On this new episode I gave an update on hiring a midwife and my experience with my first 2 appointments. I talked about twin flames and diet and a big awakening I had (getting sick) and new dietary changes as a result. And I completed the podcast with another chat about twin flame children.
At the beginning of the 888 portal (8/8/2020) something awesome was going on with me. I didn’t realize it was the 888 portal until⦠Well I thought I had lost it when my twin flame (in spirit) showed up in my meditation. The meditation part was healing and nice but the interesting part is he stayed around š„š„ and I could hear him for about a week very clearly, not the usual signs and synchronicities but we were having full on conversations in my mind.
The point:
At the time, my Twin Flame suggested a new diet. It seemed very fitting at the moment and it stuck. My belly is flatter than ever (I’ve 4 kids, one 9 month old baby) and I feel better than ever.
Eliminate (this might not be the same for you, I’m just sharing and not suggesting you do the same): pasta, rice, bread, tomatoes (used to be my favorite salad), tomato sauce, Chipotle (sad), sugar
Twin Flame approved diet, new and upgraded: avocados, okra, sweet potatoes, orange foods, yellow foods, sweet peppers (eating one a day transforms me, my new favorite salad), raspberries, mangoes, carrots. I already had a solid good diet so this are new things to eat all the time.
Obviously mostly fruits and veggies. And mostly raw. I listened and immediately felt more connected. During my TF’s initial visit, I felt not hungry at all, and didn’t eat for about 2 days (please don’t do this, this was just me). Later I realized, I needed to lower the intake of foods to be more connected. I indeed felt and still feel more connected with this new diet. And no eating translates to low food intake when I’m attempting to communicate with him, and to intermittent fasting.
Foods, some feed your density, some feed your soul, easy choice: again, dropping density by dropping dense foods. Becoming more light by eating foods that fully integrate into your system, making you feel more connected to spirit.
