Meditate or journal on what wisdom has come from your own shadow seasons, then symbolically release what no longer serves you by burning a small note of it or burying it in soil. As the Moon reemerges, speak an intention of rebirth and transformation, honoring Persephone’s power to turn endings into beginnings and darkness into fertile ground.
