I received an ancient stream of thoughts, inspiration, ideas, and poetry. I made the stream my own because I’m an ancient history nerd, and I was asked to do this by my muses.

I have always been a history nerd, but I had never written poetry about it. I’m not fighting that mission anymore.

It is true. Poetry was the lifeline of the ancient world. The respected, famous female priestess oracles (the teenage virgins) would use spoken poetry to perform oracles. How cool were they? Of course, I could see myself this way (without entering in a sexual union with the gods…)

I can’t find the Latin piece of poetry I read that described this festival to Venus. I do want to partake.

I study the Pagan traditions, and I love to create magic inspired poetry as well as literal spells. I do not promise that they’ll work at all, but I copied the energy of ancient spells.

I write poetry in Spanish as well. I translate poetry thought not an easy thing. This translation turned out perfectly.

I read classical poetry and create my own poetry inspired by them. Here, I turned Shakespeare’s famous words on their head. I’m so sorry, Shakespeare lovers…

My expectations are not too high. I’m only a little needy.

In 2018, I created this as a result of a conversation with my lover, and it became synonymous with my flavor of poetry. This was a historical piece for me. I signed it with my actual name.
