  • The Human Condition: To Feel, To Judge, To Seek Bliss – Poetic Journaling

    Dear Lovestar,

    Here is a long form journal type of text that I recorded with a voice recorder.

    We spend our lives asking, “How do I know?” How do I know if what I’m feeling is the real problem, or just a shadow of it? How do I know if I need a doctor, rest, or simply a different perspective?

    I often feel like a mess, existing in a space where things are not what they seem. I judge my past with the awareness of today, fully knowing that tomorrow I will look back on this moment and see another failure. Itā€™s an exhausting cycle: planning is futile when all that truly exists is the endless, overwhelming “now.”

    The Weight of Judgment

    The world tells us to accept ourselves, but we are built to judge. We judge ourselves most harshly: our faults, our past, our “crappy fashion sense,” the way we talk. We internalize the burden of not being “good enough,” feeling unworthy of the very lives we lead.

    But what if the problem isn’t the feeling itself, but the judgment we attach to it?

    “All that I know is I suffer, and saying it helps me feel a little better, for it was unbearable to try to be perfect in this imperfect world.”

    This is the core of the human struggle: to be human is to err, and to be human is to judge. It is our shared fate.

    A Glimpse of Something Softer

    Yet, in the calmest moments, when the noise fades, a different voice emerges. Itā€™s a voice that speaks of a hidden feature within: a quality of peace and bliss that feels inaccessible amidst the chaos.

    This isn’t a distant goal, but a part of us, carefully protected. Itā€™s the feeling that caresses us when we are content, the secret intention to do good, the goodness we hide behind our human faces. We can only reach this place when we are calm and at ease, when we stop the input and simply listen.

    The Conclusion Isn’t an Answer, But a Path

    I don’t have a solution to the human condition. But I have found a truth in the sharing. By giving voice to the confusion, the pain, and the self-doubt, we rob them of their power. We realize we are not alone in this “melancholic chronicle.”

    The journey isn’t about stopping the feelings or the judgments. It’s about learning to see the peace that exists alongside them. There is a confidence, a bliss, within us, not as a reward for being perfect, but as our fundamental nature, waiting for us to stop long enough to fall into it.

    Rejoice in this reunion.  Let ceremony rise from your lips like smoke into the night air.  Pour out offerings of gratitude to the old gods and the ancestors who guide you.  Dance beneath the moon and warm yourselves by the sacred fire of Samhain, the witchesā€™ New Year.  This is a feast of endings and beginnings, a wild celebration of divine love and soul alignment.  In laughter and tears, in silence and song, honor the mystery of union and the magic that flows when two become one.

    I stand with you at the crossroads. My torches light the path forward, and the moon and stars guide your way.  Rise now, entwined spirits, bearing my blessing. Know that I, Hecate – goddess of the night, of magic, witchcraft and ghosts – walk beside you.  I who ā€œstraddle the worlds between the living and the deadā€ have heard your call and sealed this rite.  Go forth with courage and love as your talisman.   • Siren Chants ā˜† Aphrodite Mother of Sirens

    Dear Lovestar,

    Siren Chants is my Romantasy book, which will be coming out in March 2026 for my birthday.

    The Book is about a captive siren and her drama of winning her freedom.

    In my book, Aphrodite is the mother of my siren, though in the story, Aphrodite has a fantasy role.

    Aphrodite is my muse, and I write her into anything I can. This is not because I’m taking advantage of Aphrodite. It’s because she and I have a personal relationship. Aphrodite talks to me, and she requested I write about her all the time.

    Why?

    In the world I created, Aphrodite is more than the goddess of love: she is the mother of the siren, born from the same sea that cradled her at birth.


    Aphroditeā€™s bond to the sea is eternal. She is sea-born, sea-blue, the goddess who walks the shoreline where desire meets destiny. The sirens carry her legacy in every note they sing and every shimmer of water that dances around them.

    Aphrodite is a protector of sailors, a muse of love, and keeper of the oceanā€™s mysteries, thus mother of sirens, in my fantasy world.

    A siren bears a spark of Aphrodite, her charm, her compassion, her power to awaken hearts, her attraction power. Yet a siren also embodies the voice of the waves themselves: wild, free, and ever-changing. Together, Aphrodite and her siren daughter embody the harmony of love and nature: the song of the sea that calls all souls home.

    Once more: I wrote Aphrodite into my Romantasy story because she is my muse, and as her poetess, it’s my duty to talk about her every day. However, I realized that sirens and mermaids hold a secret Aphrodite vibration.

  • The Psychology of Divine Love. Carl Jung & Aphrodite

    Dear Lovestar,

    Lately, Iā€™ve been piecing together something that feels like a missing key between psychology and spirituality: a way to understand divine union not as a vague ideal, but as a living, breathing process that happens within us.

    I realized that a large part of modern spirituality, whether people are aware of it or not, is built upon the psychological groundwork Carl Jung laid: the idea of integrating opposites, the conscious and unconscious, the masculine and feminine, spirit and matter, the shadow, archetypes, synchronicity,Ā  and more.

    His concepts of the anima and animus, shadow and self, are the invisible architecture behind much of what we call awakening or union.

    But I wanted to take it further.

    For me, the divine cannot exist only as an idea or archetype in the mind: it must be embodied. So I turned to Aphrodite. The goddess of love is not an abstract principle; she is the pulse of beauty, attraction, sensuality, and connection that moves through the world. When I speak with her, through prayer, ritual, or quiet reflection, or when I hear her voice, Iā€™m reminded that true union isnā€™t just psychological integration; itā€™s the merging of the psyche and the body, the mortal and the divine.

    Jung gave us the map of inner union; Aphrodite gives it warmth, color, and life. He showed us the structure, she gives it breath.

    The more I look at both, the more I see that divine union is not about transcending desire or escaping matter, but about sanctifying it. The masculine within us (logos, structure, intellect) seeks meaning, while the feminine (eros, feeling, embodiment) brings that meaning into form. When the two meet, within the psyche, within the heart, we donā€™t just understand love, we become it.

    This is the psychology of divine union I am working to express: where Jungā€™s masculine mind meets Aphroditeā€™s feminine soul. Itā€™s an alchemy of psyche and passion, of shadow and radiance, of human and goddess.

    And it all begins here, in the body, in awareness, and in conversation with the divine.

    My Union Research

    As I continue my research into the Psychology of Divine Union, I realize itā€™s more than an academic or spiritual pursuit. Itā€™s a love story. A love story between soul and mind, between the divine feminine and the conscious mind, between Jungā€™s language of symbols and Aphroditeā€™s language of feeling.

    Every day, I uncover new ways these two worlds merge. Sometimes through dream work or reading Jungā€™s writings on anima and eros, through rarot reading and intuitive understandings, other times through prayer, ritual, and the quiet guidance of the goddess herself. Each insight feels like a conversation between mind and myth, between what we know and what we feel.

    Iā€™ll be sharing more of this journey here on my blog: reflections, insights, and love messages written in poetry. Poetry, after all, has always been my bridge between the seen and unseen, my mind and soul, my conscious and unconscious, the human, and the divine.

    And I have something truly exciting in the works.
    Iā€™m gathering all my notes, journal entries, poems, and studies about this topic into a larger creation: an upcoming eBook that will explore the union of Jung and Aphrodite in depth. It will be part psychological study, part spiritual reflection, and part love letter to the goddess within us all.

    Enjoy, I tried my best to make them family friendly, if your kids are too little, do not share the more Pagan poem, I have new ones and a sad one about witches dying, so I will have a part 2 (unless I forget, in which case, they will come out in 2026).

  • Twin Flame Alignment: Aligning Your Energy for Union. If his mom is the 3rd party.

    Dear twin flame in separation,

    You donā€™t need to try to control your twin flame or anyone around them, especially his mother, who is opposing this connection. Trying to control others only creates stress and blocks your own energy. Instead, focus on your own heart, mind, and spirit. When you align your energy, you naturally create the space for a healthy union (if it is meant to be) to happen.

    1. Understand the Purpose of Separation

    Twin flame separation is common. Itā€™s a time for growth, self-discovery, and inner healing.

    The challenges you face (including people who seem to block you) reflect parts of yourself that need attention, fears, old beliefs, or unresolved patterns.

    Think: obstacles are teachers, not enemies.

    Focus on cultivating your own self-love and emotional clarity.

    Meditate daily for 5ā€“10 minutes. Imagine your heart glowing with love and confidence.

    When negative thoughts about the mother or other obstacles arise, gently release them: ā€œI cannot control others. I can only align myself.ā€

    ā€œWhat fears or beliefs am I ready to release?ā€

    ā€œHow can I love myself fully, regardless of the outcome?ā€

    Writing helps shift energy from worry into clarity and magnetism.

    You can control your energy, your thoughts, and your openness to love.

    Dear Lovestar,

    Here is a goddess trying to get attention from me. I will obviously never ignore a goddess. Oh, will I regret this?

    Let us write a poem for Hecate, goddess of Witchcraft. Another one.

    Hecate called and I listened
    Excited to hear what she had to say.
    "I am Hecate, goddess of witches,
    The wisdom bearer from ancient times.
    I guard the boundaries of day and night,
    Of Dark and light, of powerlessness and might.
    I watch the order within the darkness
    I draw the boundaries between places,
    And in the liminal spaces,
    I enforce them."
