  • I tried belly dance again and even introduced my daughters

    Dear Lovestar,

I started learning Greek and I tried listening to Greek music but my ffamily did not like it. I study Italian and for learning, I listen to Italian music and do Italian karaoke. But the Greek music was a huge no for them, but I liked it. Anyway, while I was on the international music energy, I told my kids about my old belly dance obsession. It is howevver, not surprising at all that I just rediscovered bellydancing when I just started to work with Venus!

There was a time, when I was an arts and craft blogger when I used to call myself the belly dancer. I used to draw belly dancers, took a video class, made belly dance costumes, and had a belly dance playlist before I had kids. Now, my oldest kid is 11. It has been a long time. And just like that, I found a belly dance lesson on Youtube. My secind daughter started the lesson with me but stopped because it was hard. During part of the lesson, my son asked to be held while I danced.

Rediscovering the Joy of Belly Dancing: A Fun and Empowering Workout for Women

There’s something magical about finding a form of exercise that not only gets your body moving but also nourishes your soul. That’s exactly what happened to me when I decided to give belly dancing another try. I had been reading about its benefits for women—how it’s great for fitness, boosts confidence, and even connects us with our feminine energy. Curious and excited, I jumped in, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself—and for my daughter said it as fun, it really was.

A Workout That Feels Like Fun

To me working out feels like a chore. But belly dancing? It’s a whole different experience. From the moment I started moving, I felt a sense of joy and freedom. The music, the movements, the rhythm—it all comes together in a way that’s not just about exercise but about celebrating my body. It’s like a dance party where I was the star, and the best part is, it doesn’t feel like work at all!

Belly dancing engaged muscles I didn’t even know you had, and by the end of it, I realized I’d had a serious workout. But instead of feeling exhausted, I felt energized and more in tune with my body. The flowing movements work wonders for your core, hips, and even your posture. It’s a full-body workout wrapped in fun and creativity. My daughter did not believe me when I told her this teacher will help with her posture. I finished the class with a smile and ready to do some work.

    Connecting with Feminine Energy

One of the things that drew me back to belly dancing was its deep connection to feminine energy. It’s a dance form that has been celebrated by women for centuries, and it’s easy to see why. The movements are all about embracing and enhancing your natural curves, moving with grace, and feeling confident in your own skin.

As I danced, I felt a strong connection to the women who have danced this way throughout history. There’s something incredibly empowering about reclaiming this ancient art form and making it your own. It reminded me that movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s also about expression, joy, and connecting with the feminine energy that flows within us all.

    Ever Considered Belly Dancing?

If you’ve been thinking about trying belly dancing—or if this is the first time it’s crossed your mind—I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a workout that’s good for your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re dancing alone, with friends, or sharing the experience with your daughters, it’s an activity that brings joy, confidence, and a deep connection to your feminine energy.

So, put on some music, let your body move, and see where the dance takes you. You might just find that belly dancing becomes one of your favorite ways to stay fit, feel fabulous, and celebrate the beautiful, powerful woman that you are. And if you’ve got daughters, nieces, or friends, invite them to join in the fun. There’s nothing quite like the joy of dancing together and embracing the power of being a woman.

  • Smile Challenge: My Love Life Upgraded

    Dear Lovestar,

It appears I did not know the power of smiling in relationship to Love.

Since I started willing myself to smile as a challenge, I did not that joy was coming as a result of my smiling.

Things simply turned around for me and everything became better.

Now whenever I remember, I smile and smiling at my beloved is easiest. Whenever I look at him and smile he smiles or holds me and things just get better.

The Surprising Power of a Smile: How I Rediscovered Joy in Love

You know how sometimes you stumble upon something so simple yet so powerful that it feels like magic? Well, that happened to me recently when I discovered the power of smiling in my relationship. It all started as a little challenge to myself—a fun experiment, really. I decided to start smiling more, just to see what would happen. I never expected it to transform my life and my love so profoundly.

    The Challenge: Smile More

It sounds almost too easy, right? Just smile more. But trust me, there’s something magical about it. I had read somewhere that smiling can trick your brain into feeling happier, even when you’re not particularly in the mood. So, I thought, why not give it a shot? Whenever I caught myself in a neutral or pensive mood, I’d remind myself to smile. It wasn’t forced; it was more like a gentle nudge to myself to find the little joys in the moment.

The Unexpected Results: Joy Sneaking In

Here’s the thing: I didn’t realize how quickly and dramatically things would change. At first, it felt a bit strange, like I was just going through the motions. But then, something incredible happened. As I smiled, joy started creeping into my life in the most delightful ways. It was as if my smile was a signal to the universe that I was open to happiness, and it responded generously.

Love and Smiles: A Perfect Pair

But the best part? The impact it had on my relationship. Smiling at my beloved became the easiest and most natural thing in the world. Every time I looked at him and smiled, I noticed a spark in his eyes—a mirror of the joy I was feeling. He’d smile back, or sometimes he’d just pull me into a warm embrace, and in those moments, everything felt perfect.

It was as if my smile was a secret key that unlocked a deeper connection between us. We communicated more with our eyes and smiles than with words, and it brought us closer than ever. The little annoyances and stresses of daily life seemed to melt away whenever we shared a smile.

The Takeaway: Smile, and the World Smiles Back

Now, whenever I remember, I smile. It’s become a habit, a way of life, and it’s made everything better. I’ve learned that a smile is more than just an expression; it’s a powerful tool for cultivating joy, love, and connection. It’s a way to invite happiness into your life and to share it with those you love.

So, if you’re ever feeling down or disconnected, try it out. Just smile. Smile at yourself, smile at the world, and especially smile at the ones you love. You might be surprised at how much brighter and sweeter life becomes.

Smiling is simple, but its effects are profound. And the best part? It’s contagious. So go ahead—start smiling and watch as the world smiles back at you.

  • The Creative Power of Love: Beyond Baby-Making and Into Smiles

    Dear Lovestar,

    Let’s discuss Love and smiles:

    Smile Challenge for Venus

Love is often portrayed as a powerful force, essential for creating life. Yet, its creative influence extends far beyond the act of procreation. One of the most delightful and overlooked aspects of love’s creativity is its ability to generate smiles.

When we think of love, we might first imagine the profound bond between partners or the nurturing care of parents for their children. However, love’s creativity manifests in many subtle and charming ways, one of which is the way it effortlessly brings smiles to our faces.

Love as a Catalyst for Joy

Smiles are a universal language of happiness, and love is their primary inspiration. When we are in love, our emotional state naturally shifts towards positivity. This state of joy is contagious, often resulting in smiles that brighten our days and those around us. Consider the simple yet profound effect of a loving gesture—whether it’s a thoughtful compliment, a warm embrace, or a shared laugh. These moments create a ripple effect of joy, turning into smiles that express our inner happiness.

The Science Behind Love and Smiling

Psychologically and biologically, love stimulates the release of feel-good hormones such as oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine. These chemicals promote feelings of happiness and contentment, which often manifest as smiles. Smiling itself can reinforce these positive feelings, creating a loop of joy where love leads to smiling, and smiling, in turn, amplifies the love we feel.

    Love’s Creative Expression Through Smiles

Love’s creativity isn’t confined to grand gestures or monumental moments. Often, it is found in the everyday expressions of affection and connection. Smiles that are born out of love can transform routine interactions into memorable experiences. They can bridge gaps, mend misunderstandings, and build stronger relationships.

A smile shared between friends can strengthen a bond, while a smile from a loved one during a tough day can provide much-needed comfort. These small, creative acts of affection showcase how love’s influence extends into the art of living and interacting.

Smiling: A Reflection of Love’s Impact

When we think of love as a creative force, it’s clear that its power is not solely about creating new life but also about enriching our daily lives. Smiles are a testament to love’s enduring impact, reflecting joy, connection, and the deep satisfaction that comes from nurturing and being nurtured.

In essence, love is a continuous source of creativity, and one of its most charming creations is the smile. It’s a simple, yet profound expression of our emotional landscape, made all the more beautiful by the love that inspires it.

So next time you smile, remember that it is a creative gift of love—an expression of joy that enriches both your life and the lives of those around you. Embrace love’s ability to make you smile and let that smile be a testament to the creative power of affection in your life.

  • Have a difficult conversation with a love partner that fosters love, connection, and union. Part 2.

    Dear Lovestar,

Picture this: a couple is having a hard conversation. They love each other very much, and because of that, they’ve been avoiding this conversation, and by now, it’s worse. This is my love and I…

She gets emotional and calls him insensitive. He complains that she’s too emotional and overreacts. She gets triggered and overreacts. He gets offended and withdraws. They don’t talk to each other for a week and don’t resolve the issue. They try to act like it didn’t happen, but there is a loss of trust from unresolved issues.

How should we have difficult conversations? They are unavoidable in love relationships if we intend to deepen the connection?

  • Have a difficult conversation with a love partner that fosters love, connection, and union.

    Dear Lovestar,

Can we have a difficult conversation with our love partner while focusing on love, connection, and union? I believe it’s all in the energy we go into the conversation with.

In fact, the intention we have going into the conversation alone doesn’t manifest the result. Triggers occur during difficult conversations. We can get triggered, or they can get triggered. Also, if our ego is involved, a fight might be the result. A misunderstanding so serious can occur that loving partners can up to break up during a tough conversation.

Up until now, my beloved and I have not been the best at communication. We mean well, but we’re both loners, we both had issues going into our relationship, and we’re both moody water signs. We misunderstand each other frequently. Now we know not to get emotional over a misunderstanding but to have a productive conversation instead.

I mean no judgment to anyone having an issue with this. I am learning this now. I write about the things I have learned the hard way mostly. I have learned how to have a difficult conversation with my lover, and we can come out of it with a deeper connection. I am teaching you what I have learned.

It’s not easy to be conscious when we feel disrespected, hurt, or emotional. However, what I’m suggesting is exactly to go into a difficult conversation consciously. Read through the list below, and you’ll notice that you will need to be conscious to be able to handle yourself in a way that you’ll manifest the best outcome for both parties.

I will elaborate further in tomorrow’s post.

Tips for having conscious, difficult conversations in love

Today, I offer you tips for having a difficult conversation with your love partner while focusing on deepening your connection and strengthening your love and union:

    1. **Choose the Right Time and Place:** Find a time when both of you are relaxed and free from distractions. Choose a quiet and private space where you can talk openly without interruptions. Drop your cell phones.

    2. **Set the Right Intentions:** Approach the conversation with the intention of understanding each other better and strengthening your relationship rather than blaming or accusing.

    3. **Use “I” Statements:** Express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns using “I” statements to avoid sounding accusatory. For example, say, “I feel…” instead of “You make me feel…”.

    4. **Active Listening:** Practice active listening by fully focusing on what your partner is saying without interrupting. Show empathy and understanding by reflecting back what you hear to ensure you understand correctly. Don’t be thinking of your response while they talk.

    5. **Express Empathy:** Show empathy towards your partner’s feelings and perspectives, even if you disagree. Validate their emotions and let them know you understand how they feel. Tell them something like “I understand how you’re feeling misunderstood” or “I understand how you could feel disrespected even though it wasn’t my intention.”

    6. **Be Honest and Transparent:** Be honest about your feelings and concerns, even if they are difficult to express. Transparency builds trust and intimacy in the relationship. Practice. Tell them you’re having a hard time expressing this.

    7. **Focus on Solutions:** Instead of dwelling on the problem, focus on finding solutions together. Brainstorm ideas and compromises that work for both of you to resolve the issue. Think of the future rather than the past.

    8. **Maintain Calmness:** Stay calm and composed during the conversation, even if emotions run high. Take deep breaths and pause if needed to regain composure before continuing. Take a break if needed. Do not shout!

    9. **Practice Patience and Understanding:** Understand that difficult conversations take time and may require multiple discussions to reach a resolution. Be patient with each other and avoid rushing the process.

    10. **End on a Positive Note:** Conclude the conversation on a positive note, reaffirming your love and commitment to each other. Express gratitude for your partner’s willingness to engage in open communication. Hugs and caressing or a kiss and an “I love you” should end the conversation.

Remember, difficult conversations can be challenging, but they also present opportunities for growth and deeper connection in your relationship. Approach them with love, compassion, and a willingness to understand each other better.

I already had a difficult conversation with my lover, and I realized that I’ve been keeping a lot inside to keep the peace. The buildup was upsetting our peace, though…

So, I’ll be using these tips much more often.

This weekend, we have a date to chat šŸ’› ā¤ļø šŸ˜

  • 3 simple steps to be more feminine this week

    Dear diary,

Being more feminine is a goal of mine. I don’t have an end goal, but it’s a constant progression.

I ditched feminism because I had felt that I was better than men for too many years, and this caused separation in my union with my lover, Scorpio.

What I want now is to be more feminine because I now feel that being a harsh feminist made me less feminine.

I did notice that as I became more feminine, my lover became more masculine. Additionally, I feel safer, more abundant, more empowered, more powerful, and I feel more love. And I’m obviously a better mom now.

3 things to make me feel more feminine this week:

    • Spiritual self care: I plan on taking a delicious bath today. I added flower essential oils to my soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and the lovely smell is making me want to spend more time in the bath. I’m going back to the basics here as I have written at length about taking spiritual baths, and I have had very spiritual experiences in that bath. I have been cleaning and organizing my bathroom, and this will help me feel more feminine: spending time in a beautiful space, smelling like flowers, dressing up afterwards.
    • Deep cleaning my house and de-cluttering: loving my house makes me feel very feminine.Ā
    • Expressing myself vulnerably: I have made a date with my partner to have a deep chat. There are lots of things I need to get off my chest, and this will make me feel more calm and relaxed, and it should deepen our connection, which should make me feel beloved and thus more feminine.

What makes you feel most feminine?

As a bonus, I’m making my kitchen my space. I never liked being in the kitchen, and I hated doing the dishes. I was able to convince myself to love cooking and especially cooking very fancy and complex meals. I was also able to teach myself to bake. I’m now, as I said, jokingly brainwashing myself to love doing the dishes because I only want to do the things that I love.

I put a diffuser right behind my sink, and I add my fanciest oils, Rose, Jasmin, and Geranium, which are my perfumes (together with lavender) to do the dishes. Now, as I do the dishes, I smell my perfumes, which are also the most relaxing oils to me. I’m a flower girl!

I only like to clean with music on and I’ve been singing and dancing in the kitchen more than ever.

We bought new dishes that I love to touch and look at, so washing them is a breeze, and it has worked wonderfully! Best transformation this month.

Finally, I’m allowing myself to watch TV. I think TV is a waste of time, and I don’t other than Naked and Afraid. Well, I can see the TV from my sink… whatever works.

A rewiring of my neurons is happening, and my house is so grateful. I’m grateful because now I don’t have to force myself to do human work. I love my time doing it, and I’m enjoying myself.

    With love and light,

Eve, with my cleanest and best smelling house ever

  • 5 Simple Ways to Love More Today

5 Simple Ways to Love More Today

    Dear Lovestar,

Love is a force that enriches our lives, connects us to others, and brings joy and fulfillment. While grand gestures and extravagant displays of affection have their place, true love often thrives in the simplicity of everyday moments. Here are five simple ways to cultivate deeper connections and love more fully today:

    **1. Practice Active Listening:**
Truly hearing and understanding someone is one of the most profound acts of love. Take the time to listen attentively to your loved ones without interrupting or judging. Show empathy and validation by acknowledging their feelings and experiences. By making others feel heard and valued, you strengthen your bonds and deepen your relationships.

    **2. Express Gratitude:**
Take a moment to appreciate the people in your life and the love they bring. Express gratitude for their presence, their kindness, and the little things they do that make a difference. Whether it’s a heartfelt thank-you note, a spontaneous hug, or a sincere compliment, expressing gratitude fosters warmth and connection in relationships.

    **3. Show Affection Through Actions:**
Small gestures of affection can speak volumes. Show your love through simple acts of kindness, such as preparing a favorite meal, offering a comforting embrace, or lending a helping hand. These gestures demonstrate thoughtfulness, care, and consideration, strengthening the bond between you and your loved ones.

**4. Be Present in the Moment:**
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in distractions and obligations. Take the time to be fully present with your loved ones, giving them your undivided attention and affection. Put away your devices, engage in meaningful conversations, and create cherished memories together. Being present allows you to deepen your connections and savor the beauty of each moment.

    **5. Cultivate Self-Love:**
Loving deeply starts from within. Take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, honoring your needs and nurturing your well-being. Practice self-compassion, embrace your strengths and imperfections, and prioritize self-care activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. By loving and accepting yourself wholeheartedly, you’ll be better equipped to love others deeply and authentically.

Incorporating these simple practices into your daily life can foster deeper connections, enrich your relationships, and infuse your world with more love and meaning. Remember, love is not just a feeling—it’s a choice and a commitment to nurturing the bonds that matter most. So, dive deeper, embrace love in all its forms, and let your heart shine brightly today and every day.

  • Unlocking the power of Love: How the energy of love could transform the world

Unlocking the power of Love: How the energy of love could transform the world

    Dear Lovestar,

What is the transformational power of love? Love could transform our lives, and there’s no doubt about that. But there is more.

Today, I’m thinking of Love as a divine energy that some of us are able to tap into, but not everyone. My personal belief is that love can improve the world. How?

    • If we’re a vessel for love, we can share this love energy wherever we go, making the world a better place
    • If we are in love or have love in our lives, including self-love, we will be more relaxed, happier, much more able to deal with conflict, and better equipped for interpersonal relationships, thus making the world a better place by making our world a better place
    • If we make decisions with love every day, we would make much better decisions that would have a more positive impact on the world

Love is often regarded as a profoundly personal emotion, confined to the realm of romantic relationships or familial bonds. However, its impact extends far beyond the individual, reaching into our communities, workplaces, and the world at large. In a time where division and discord seem to dominate headlines, harnessing the power of love has never been more crucial.

Here, we explore how various forms of love—romantic, familial, self-love, and love in the workplace—can catalyze positive change and offer simple steps for anyone to contribute to a better world.

    **1. Romantic Love:**

Romantic love is perhaps the most celebrated form of love, yet its potential to influence the world often goes unrecognized. When two individuals come together in love, they have the capacity to inspire each other, support growth, and foster resilience. Moreover, love teaches us empathy, compassion, and compromise—qualities that are essential for building harmonious societies. Additionally, it is a far better experience for children growing in the home when there’s an energy of love between the parents. When the children grow, they will improve the condition of the world if they have inherited the divine energy of love.

    *Easy Steps:*
       – Practice active listening and open communication with your partner. You will gain skills that you will be able to use in situations with others that can have a positive impact on your relationships and community.
       – Cultivate gratitude for the small gestures and moments shared together. Get so used to feeling gratitude that you extend the feeling outside your romantic relationship.
       – Extend kindness and affection not only to your partner but also to strangers and acquaintances.

    **2. Family Love:**

Family serves as the cornerstone of society, providing love, stability, and support. The bonds formed within families create a ripple effect that can influence generations to come. By nurturing strong family ties, we cultivate values of empathy, respect, and responsibility, which are essential for creating a more compassionate world. It’s easy to see how a great family has a positive effect on the community, which is our world. Similarly, we all know toxic family dynamics deeply would individuals who might be brokenhearted even for life which does not make the world a better place.

    *Easy Steps:*
       – Spend quality time with family members, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
       – Express appreciation and affection regularly to strengthen familial bonds.
       – Practice forgiveness and understanding during times of conflict or disagreement.

    **3. Self-Love:**

Self-love forms the foundation upon which all other forms of love are built. When we prioritize self-care and acceptance, we become better equipped to love others and contribute positively to the world around us. Moreover, self-love empowers us to set healthy boundaries, pursue our passions, and strive for personal growth.

    *Easy Steps:*
       – Practice self-care rituals that nourish your body, mind, and soul, such as meditation, exercise, or creative expression. Being relaxed and happy will help you positively impact the world.
       – Challenge self-critical thoughts and cultivate self-compassion through affirmations and positive self-talk. As you get used to doing
       – Set aside time for activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, without guilt or obligation. Invite others into joyous and fulfilling activities for a bigger impact.

    **4. Love in the Workplace:**

The majority of our waking hours are spent in the workplace, making it a prime environment for fostering love and connection. When coworkers operate from a place of mutual respect, collaboration, and support, productivity flourishes, and innovation thrives. Additionally, a culture of love in the workplace promotes employee well-being, reduces stress, and impacts the world in a positive way.

    *Easy Steps:*

    – Practice kindness and acceptance of other’s personalities. Learn not to complain unless needed. Be strong and don’t give in to any activities that would lower your vibe.
       – Be a love leader in the workplace. For some odd reason, people are okay showing their toxic love ways at work. Exude the energy of love everywhere, including in the workplace. I do as much as possible. I’m not afraid to show I’m a lover. I’m not afraid to show I’m in love. I’m not afraid to talk about many of these topics with coworkers and acquaintances.
       – Stand up against gossip and drama in the workplace. It’ll make the drama queens uncomfortable, but it will teach lessons, release drama, and relieve you and those who are being attacked by malicious gossip. In general, it’ll make the workplace a better place for all, and the idea is that people will be so positively affected that they’ll take some of that positive energy into the other parts of their life, thus contributing to a better world for all.

    With love,

    Eve inspired
