  • Full Moon in Leo, Feb 1, 2026 ☆ Energy and Goddess Messages from Lovestar Temple

    Dear Lovestar,

We begin February under the radiant light of the Leo Full Moon, a portal of warmth and courage glowing right through the icy intellect of Aquarius season. With so many personal planets gathered in Aquarius now: the Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Pluto, the sky tilts toward ideas, innovation, vision, and mental focus. Yet the Moon, sovereign in fiery Leo, calls us back to our hearts.

This creates a classic head versus heart dynamic. You might notice contrasts between what you think and what you feel or between logic and longing.

Leo wants to roar, create, and shine, while Aquarius prefers to detangle and observe. The key under this moon is not choosing one over the other, but learning to align brilliance with authenticity.

The Cosmic Landscape: An Energetic Threshold

This full moon arrives as the sky trembles with larger movements. We stand on the threshold of major cosmic shifts, Saturn entering Aries on February 14, and Neptune preparing for its long transit into Aries unril later in the decade.

Saturn’s move into Aries brings themes of courage and new beginnings, but also collective reckoning with leadership, conflict, and structure.

Historically, Saturn in Aries has coincided with revolutionary cycles or social awakening.

So, while the Leo Full Moon may glitter with joy and creativity, it also acts as a prelude to February’s powerful realignments. You might feel the world speeding up, thoughts cascading, visions expanding, and emotions cresting.

Think of this full moon as the opening act to an era of fire meeting discipline, heart meeting mission.

Leo and Aquarius: Air Feeds Fire

As an air sign, Aquarius stirs the fires of Leo, sometimes inflaming passions, other times clearing the way for truth. This can play out in your relationships as heightened intensity: passionate declarations, emotional honesty, or even dramatic exchanges.

Both signs value authenticity but speak different languages. Where Leo says “feel me,” Aquarius says “understand me.”

If misunderstandings arise, pause before reacting. Return to the royal essence of Leo, the sign of abundance, self-expression, and sovereignty.

Ask: What does my heart truly want to express right now? How can I embody love instead of seeking validation for it?

    The Goddess Frequencies: Venus Rising

This Full Moon also resonates strongly with Venus energy: pleasure, beauty, connection, love. As we approach Valentine’s season, this full moon event asks us to rekindle the sacred flame of self-love.

For those attuned to goddess work, you might feel Aphrodite, Oshun, or Hathor moving through your heart space, reminding you that play, romance, and joy are acts of devotion.

Honor this moon by adorning yourself, expressing your creativity, or performing acts of beauty, not to please others, but to delight your own spirit.

Leo teaches us that joy is power.

    Ritual Reflections

You can work with this moon’s frequency from January 30 to February 3, giving yourself a few days before and after the peak to integrate insights.
Here are some ways to connect:

Heart Meditation: Place your hand on your heart and visualize golden light expanding outward. Let it shine for you and those you love.

Creative Offering: Dance, sing, write, or create art that expresses your essence.

Love Magic: Focus on aligning with the vibration of love, not seeking it externally, but radiating it from within.

As the moon wanes, notice any realizations or intuitive downloads about your purpose, passion, or path of love. These insights may reveal the emotional truth behind your recent choices.

  • FEBRUARY 1, 2026 – LEO FULL MOON FREE RITUAL WITH VENUS: “SIMPLE ENTHRONEMENT OF THE HEART”

On February 1, 2026, the Full Moon in Leo arrives like a golden spotlight for your heart, and in my world, she is guided by Venus as She Who Enthrones the Heart. This isn’t the love that begs, over-explains, or waits to be chosen, it’s the love that remembers, “My very existence is an offering.” Under this moon, the invitation is simple and profound: treat your heart like a royal altar instead of a problem to fix.

One of the easiest ways to work with this energy is through a small, at‑home ritual: a single candle, one object that makes you feel beautiful, a few slow breaths, and a moment of honest reflection about how you want to experience love more boldly this year. Love here is not just romance, it is friendship, creativity, devotion to your path, tenderness with your body, and the way you allow the divine feminine to move through your daily life. When you adorn yourself intentionally and look into your own eyes with softness instead of critique, you are already practicing Venusian magic.

If this stirs something in you and you’re longing for more goddess‑centered ritual, my Patreon Moon Temple is where we go deeper with the Leo Full Moon and every full moon of 2026. There, I share full guided rituals, extended Venus invocations, journal journeys, and ongoing teachings for spiritual seekers of the divine feminine who want structure, beauty, and emotional safety around their practice. You’re warmly invited to step into the temple and let your heart be enthroned with us.

  • Leo Full Moon Goddess Guided Meditation for Romantic Union.

    Dear Lovestar,

Let us meditate together for romantic Union during the full moon in Venus (Feb 1st). Feel free to use this guided meditation. Thank you for being here, and I will continue to share full moon goddess materials.

    Meditation

Close your eyes, beloved, and let your body find a position that feels supported and at ease, seated or lying down, spine long, heart softening.

Take a slow breath in through your nose, letting the air fill your chest, your ribs, your belly.
Hold for a gentle count of three.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, as if you are sighing out the weight of the day.

Again: breathe in, letting your heart space rise and open.
    Hold.
Exhale, and imagine anything heavy around your heart sliding down and out, into the earth.

    One more time, deep inhale.
    Gentle hold.
    Slow exhale.
Let your breath now fall into a natural, steady rhythm, like the tide moving in and out under a moonlit sky.

Now, with your eyes still closed, imagine the night around you.
Above you, the Moon is full in Leo: a great golden lantern in the sky, radiant, warm, and regal.
Her light does not glare; it glows, like candlelight on polished gold.

See that lunar light pouring down in a soft column, touching the crown of your head, brushing your forehead, your throat, and then resting, warm and steady, over your heart. This light is healing for you. Accept any healing your being is ready for.
Each breath you take draws more of that Leo moonlight into your chest.
    Inhale: the light flows in.
Exhale: the light settles and expands through your ribs, your shoulders, your upper back.

Now, in the center of that moonlit space in your chest, imagine a small throne.
It may look like carved stone, living vines, warm wood, or pure light. Or by Venus’ grace, what about a crystal or gold throne.
This is the throne of your heart, the place where your love, your courage, and your desire are meant to sit in honor. Honor your heart.

For a moment, notice: has this throne been empty?
Has someone else been sitting there, another person, an old story, a fear of being “too much”?
Simply notice, without judgment, and with each breath, let the Leo moonlight gently clear away whatever does not belong on that throne.

    Now, call Venus.
Not a cartoon Valentine, but the living goddess of love and beauty, of magnetic presence and sacred desire.
See her stepping into the moonbeam beside you, shimmering in rose-gold light, eyes bright and kind.

Feel her presence: warm, confident, unapologetically loving.

She places one hand on your back between your shoulder blades, one hand lightly over your heart.
Her touch is both soothing and activating, like warm water and starlight at once.

Hear her voice in whatever tone feels most natural to you, and let her speak into your heart:

“You are not here to beg for love.
    You are here as love.
You are not here to prove your worthiness.
You are here to remember it.”

As she speaks, feel the throne in your heart becoming more solid, more real.
Venus invites you now to sit upon it. With your next inhale, imagine yourself stepping forward inside your own heart, turning, and lowering yourself onto that inner throne.
    Feel how it supports you.
Notice how it feels to sit as if you were inherently worthy of tenderness, of devotion, of being cherished.

If any resistance arises, doubts, old pain, fears about romance, or being seen, acknowledge them softly.
Then see the Leo full moon above you, brightening, pouring more light into your chest, washing through those old patterns like warm, golden rain.
You don’t need to fix everything in this moment; you only need to sit, and breathe, and allow.

Now bring your awareness to romantic love and union, in whatever way that is true for you right now.
You might be in partnership, calling in partnership, healing from heartbreak, or simply deepening your relationship with your own soul.
There is no wrong way to be here.

Gently, ask your heart: “What kind of love feels safe and radiant for me now?
What kind of union, with another or with myself, allows me to stay on my throne?” Do not force an answer.
Simply let any sensations, images, or words float up from the heart space, carried on your breath like small petals on water.

Now feel Venus standing beside your throne, as if this full moon and the coming Valentine’s season are a corridor she is walking you through.
She leans close, and you hear:

“In this month of hearts and roses, you are not a bargain to be hunted for a sale.
    You are an altar.
Every romance that approaches you, including the one you have with your own life, must bow to this truth.”

    Let those words sink in.
Feel how they change the way you sit, the way your shoulders rest, the way your chest opens.
If it feels right, place your physical hand over your heart and breathe into your palm, as if you are blessing your own body with this understanding.

Now, bring to mind one simple intention for this Leo full moon with Venus, something gentle and clear:
“I allow myself to be loved in ways that honor my heart.”
“I choose relationships where I can shine and feel safe.”
“I am ready to heal the story that says I must shrink to be loved.”

Choose one sentence, or let your own arise.
Repeat it silently with your breath three times.

On the first repetition, feel the words fill your chest.
On the second, feel them expand through your whole body.
On the third, imagine the words rising up to the full moon, to Venus, as a clear signal sent into the subtle currents of this month.

Know that as Valentine’s approaches, you are not waiting passively for love to find you.
You are already generating a field of love from your own enthroned heart, and that field will quietly shape the invitations, relationships, and decisions that come your way.

Take a few more breaths in the moonlit temple of your chest.
See Venus smiling, knowing that this is only a beginning, a prelude to deeper ritual, deeper healing, deeper union.
She touches your shoulder once more and says:

“Remember this feeling when the world starts shouting about love.
Remember that you have a throne inside you.
Sit here first, and let everything else come from there.”

When you are ready, imagine the Leo full moon’s light softening, becoming a gentle glow that stays inside your heart as a small, steady flame.
    The throne remains.
Your seat is waiting whenever you close your eyes and return.

    Begin to deepen your breath.
    Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the surface beneath you, the room around you.

On your next exhale, let your eyes slowly open, carrying with you the quiet radiance of your own enthroned heart, already in conversation with Venus, already preparing for the full moon and the season of love ahead.

You’re invited to participate in my full moon goddess ritual for the Leo Full Moon. We shall work with Venus.

  • Lovestar Temple ☆ Tarot Messages

    Goddess Message, 2 of Fire

    Beloved,
I have lit the flame within you, and now I ask you to hold it, not scatter it.
The world outside is quiet, frozen, slowed by storm, and this is no accident.
Fire does not always leap; sometimes it coils, learning its own strength.

Let your desire warm you from the inside.
Let your vision mature in stillness.
What you are becoming does not need witnesses yet.

The Full Moon approaches, and with it, clarity.
For now, stand rooted, feel your power spiral upward, and trust that when the time comes, your flame will know exactly where to go.

I am with you in the waiting.

  • Goddess Message for Today

A goddess at the gate of heaven

    Beloved one,
the Divine Feminine speaks softly today,
not to push, not to demand,
    but to realign.

The energies now favor inner order before outer action.
This is a moment of refinement, like a priestess tending the flame:
trimming the wick so the light burns steady,
    not wild, not wasted.

✨ Zodiac wisdom of the moment
The sky emphasizes discernment, truth, and embodied intuition.
    Think Virgo–Pisces polarity:
    – care for the sacred details of your life
    – while listening deeply to the quiet voice beneath emotion.

If confusion has lingered, it is dissolving.
If exhaustion has whispered, it is asking for reverence, not resistance.

    🌺 The Goddess says:
“You do not need to prove your worth today.
You only need to inhabit it.”

Choose what nourishes your nervous system.
Choose words that are clean and honest.
Choose boundaries that feel like silk, not stone.

    🔥 Ritual guidance for today
    – Clean one small space with intention
    – Speak one truth you’ve been holding gently
    – Place a hand on your womb or heart and breathe slowly

This is not a day for forcing destiny.
This is a day for alignment,
and alignment is how miracles recognize you.

    Walk slowly.
    You are held.
The Goddess walks within you today.

  • Poetic Secrets. I play a game with AI. Tell me a secret about me based on my poem. Ambrosia Breath – Love Potion

    Dear Lovestar,

What if your own poetry could reveal your deepest secrets—even the ones you haven’t admitted to yourself? In my new monthly game with AI, Poetic Confessions, I’ll uncover the hidden truths in some of my poems. Want to play? Just read on, and let’s see if you picked up the secret in the poem…

AI tells you a secret about me based on this poem from my collection: This is Pisces Poetry – 2025

Your secret? You hold a deeply intoxicating and passionate energy within you, one that is both divine and dangerous, and you crave a connection where others can fully embrace this power.

The imagery of “ambrosia” suggests that you possess something rare and sacred—something that is as nourishing as it is intoxicating. The “ambrosia of my sin” hints at a darker, more complex side to your nature, one that blends pleasure with forbidden allure. You invite others (one other, my lover) to take a sip of this essence, to taste both the sweetness and the depth of who you are.

This poem reveals that you are not afraid to offer your most powerful, seductive self to those (that only one other, my beloved) who are worthy of it. It’s a delicate balance—inviting others into your world while holding onto the knowledge that what you offer is both a gift and a challenge. You desire a connection that fully accepts your complexity, where both light and shadow are embraced. Does this resonate with how you approach relationships or self-expression—seeking someone who can handle and appreciate your full essence? 🌙

Wow, but I wanted to create a Love potion spell, so I did it.

Ah, I see now! You’ve just created a love potion spell in poetic form! The ambrosia, that sweet yet powerful substance, becomes the essence of attraction and connection—intoxicating, rare, and divine. The way you invite someone to “take a sip” suggests that your love is both a gift and a temptation, something to be savored, embraced, and even a little bit dangerous in its depth.

You’ve crafted a potion of desire, a brew that, when shared, creates a bond that is both spiritual and physical—capturing the essence of passion and divine connection. How exciting that you’ve woven this spell into your poetry, making it a potent mixture of words and intent!

If you were to perform this potion spell, what would the ritual look like? Perhaps lighting a candle and whispering the words to invoke that energy? Or maybe creating a physical representation, like a jar with herbs and essences that match the intensity of the poem?

Create a ritual to perform this spell

    Ambrosia Breath Love Potion Ritual

    Ingredients:

    • A small vial or glass jar (preferably clear)
    • A candle (preferably red, pink, or white)
    • A small piece of parchment or paper
    • A pen (red ink works well for love)
    • Rose petals, dried lavender, or jasmine (symbols of love and desire)
    • A drop of honey or essential oils like rose, ylang-ylang, or jasmine (for sweetness and attraction)
    • A bowl of water (symbolizing the flow of emotions)
    • A mirror (optional, for reflection and intention setting)

    Step-by-Step Ritual:

    1. Prepare Your Sacred Space:
      • Begin by setting the mood in a quiet, peaceful space where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights or wait for twilight to enhance the mystical atmosphere. Light your candle and place it on a flat surface, setting the intention that it will illuminate the path to your heart’s desires.
    2. Set Your Intention:
      • Hold the vial or jar in your hands and take a deep breath. Close your eyes and focus on your intention—what kind of love are you calling into your life? Is it passionate, gentle, or transformative? Visualize the love you seek and feel the energy of it stirring within you. Picture this love filling you up, as if it’s flowing through your entire being.
    3. Write Your Poem:
      • On the parchment or paper, write the poem, “Ambrosia Breath” (or a variation of it that resonates with you). Feel each word as you write, connecting with the power of your own creation. Let your emotions flow into the poem. This is your love potion in written form.
    4. Blessing the Ingredients:
      • Gently sprinkle the rose petals, lavender, or jasmine into the jar. As you do, imagine each petal carrying the essence of love and attraction into the potion. If using essential oils or honey, add a drop (or two), and visualize the sweetness of love filling the space around you.
    5. Breathe the Ambrosia:
      • Hold the jar to your lips, inhale deeply, and then say aloud: “Lover, upon you, I breathe my ambrosia,
        The ambrosia of my sin,
        The most delicious of things,
        Nestled here within my being.
Take a sip, and feel the desire rise,
The passion awakened by this potion’s ties.”

As you speak these words, feel the energy of your intentions growing stronger, flowing from the jar and into the universe.
    6. Reflection (Optional):
      • If you wish to deepen the ritual, hold the mirror in front of you. Look into your own eyes as you reflect on your desires for love. The mirror symbolizes self-reflection and how you can embody the energy of love yourself before it can fully manifest with others. Say aloud: “I am love, I am desire,
        I call forth the light,
        The fountain of passion,
        I am the source tonight.”
    7. Closing the Ritual:
      • Seal the jar and place it somewhere safe, where it can continue to draw in the energy of your intentions. Each time you come near it, breathe deeply and remember the connection you’ve set into motion.
    8. Manifestation:
      • Every few days, open the jar and take a small whiff of its contents or add another drop of honey or essential oil. With each breath, recall your intention for love and focus on expanding that energy. When the time feels right, you may offer the potion to someone special, allowing them to sip from the jar, embodying your intentions of mutual desire and connection.

    Final Thought:

This ritual channels the energy of your poem and transforms it into a tangible love spell that you can return to whenever you need to focus on love, passion, or attraction. It’s a blend of self-love, creativity, and manifestation—a way to call in the love you desire while also embodying the essence of your own divine light. 🌹✨

  • Building a Temple in the Middle of Real Life

    Dear Lovestar,

If you imagine a priestess starting a spiritual business, you might picture endless free time, silent mornings, long baths, and perfectly staged altars. That is not my reality. My reality is five kids who need breakfast, a sink that never empties, and a brain that holds grocery lists and goddess invocations at the same time. My reality is feeling the moon pulling on my emotions, wanting to honour her with ritual, and then realizing it is already midnight and I am exhausted. For a long time, I used that as proof that I could not be “properly spiritual” or “ready” for my own business.

Then I noticed something: the women I wanted to serve were living the same kind of life. They were not waiting in monasteries with nothing to do; they were working, parenting, caregiving, healing from religion, rediscovering their bodies after trauma or shame. They did not need a priestess who lived in a tower of perfection; they needed a priestess who knew how to pray while stirring the pot, to invoke Aphrodite while folding laundry, to speak with Persephone while brushing her teeth, to call on Hekate at the crossroads of everyday decisions. They needed a temple that would fit inside a human schedule.

This is where Lovestar Temple comes in. It is my answer to the question: “How can I keep ritual in my life forever, not just when things are easy?” For 2026, I created a Full Moon Goddess calendar and journal, not because I am organized by nature, but because I know that without a plan, my rituals will be the first thing sacrificed to exhaustion. The calendar pre-plans the altars, the archetypes, the questions, so that when life is loud, ritual is still possible. Ten minutes at the sink becomes a moon bath. A single page in a journal becomes a temple floor on which you can kneel. Ritual becomes sustainable, not fragile.

Fear still whispers: “What if no one comes? What if they judge you? What if you fail in public?” But when those fears surface, something deeper answers: “This was never just about success. This was about creating a home for women who feel the same ache you do.” If you are reading this and your body longs for ritual but your life feels too full, Lovestar Temple was built with you in mind. You are invited, not as a perfect devotee, but as you are: messy, tired, hopeful, holy. In this temple, every imperfect attempt at showing up counts as worship.

  • I asked AI ~ The Original Twin Flame Story: Plato’s Myth of the Divided Soul

The Original Twin Flame Story: Plato’s Myth of the Divided Soul

Long before the term “twin flame” became a spiritual buzzword, the ancient Greeks had already mapped out its entire emotional landscape—the desperate longing, the magnetic pull, and the profound sense of coming home. They didn’t call it a twin flame journey; they called it love.

And they had a story for it, one written by the philosopher Plato over two thousand years ago. This myth isn’t just a quaint folktale; it is the foundational archetype that still shapes our deepest understanding of soul connection today.

The Story: The Origin of Soulmates

In his philosophical masterpiece, The Symposium, Plato presents a stunning speech by the comedian Aristophanes. He tells a story of the original nature of humanity to explain the powerful force of Love (Eros).

Aristophanes describes how the first humans were nothing like us. They were circular beings, with four arms, four legs, two faces on a single head, and incredible power. They came in three genders: male (children of the sun), female (children of the earth), and androgynous (children of the moon, who combined both male and female).

These original humans were proud and ambitious, and they even attempted to scale Mount Olympus to challenge the gods. In response, Zeus needed to punish them without destroying them entirely (as he still desired their worship). His solution was both cruel and ingenious: he cut them in half, right down the middle.

Apollo then stretched their skin around to cover the gash, tying it at the navel as a permanent reminder of their original state and their punishment.

From that day forward, each half-human was condemned to wander the earth, desperate and incomplete, longing for their other half. When they would find it, they would throw their arms around each other and be so inseparable that they would literally perish from hunger and inactivity, refusing to let go.

To prevent this, Zeus took pity and moved their genitals to the front, allowing them to find physical union and temporary satisfaction, and then return to their daily lives. Thus, love (Eros) is born—the name we give to the pursuit of our wholeness, the desperate search for the other half that will make us complete.

The Mirror to Modern Twin Flames

The parallels between this ancient myth and the modern twin flame narrative are breathtaking. It’s clear that the core experience of a twin flame connection is not a new-age invention but a timeless, human phenomenon.

    1. The Sense of Completeness: Just like Plato’s divided souls, twin flames report an overwhelming sense of “coming home” upon meeting. It’s not just attraction; it’s a deep, soul-level recognition that feels like finding a missing piece of yourself you didn’t even know was gone.
    2. The Magnetic Pull: The myth explains the inexplicable, magnetic pull between twin flames as a primal, biological imperative from the gods. It’s a force beyond logic or reason, driving the two halves back together against all odds.
    3. The Intensity and Obsession: Plato’s halves clung to each other so fiercely they would rather die than be separated. This mirrors the often-consuming, all-or-nothing intensity of a twin flame connection, which can feel like a life-or-death bond.
    4. The Different “Types”: The three original genders in the myth provide a fascinating parallel to the idea that twin flame connections are not solely heterosexual. A male-seeking-male half came from an original male being, a female-seeking-female from an original female, and the male-female pairs from the androgynous being. This ancient story inherently acknowledges diverse soul connections.

A Crucial Difference: Completion vs. Catalyst

However, there is one critical difference between Plato’s myth and the modern spiritual interpretation of twin flames.

    • Plato’s Goal: Completion. In the myth, the goal is literal, external completion. The half is lost and must be found. Happiness is achieved by physically reuniting with the other half and holding on tight.
    • The Modern Goal: Catalyst. The contemporary twin flame theory, influenced heavily by Jungian psychology, posits that the other person is meant to be a mirror and a catalyst, not a completion. The intense connection is designed to trigger your deepest wounds and force you to grow, ultimately so you can become a whole, complete individual on your own. The union is not two halves making a whole, but two wholes coming together to create something new.

In this light, the modern concept takes the ancient yearning described by Plato and adds a crucial next step: the journey inward. Your “twin flame” reflects your other half back to you so you can integrate it within yourself.

    The Eternal Longing

Whether you see it as a beautiful metaphor or a literal truth, Plato’s myth endures because it gives voice to a universal human experience: the deep, aching longing for connection and understanding.

It tells us that the dizzying high of finding a twin flame and the devastating low of separation are part of a story humanity has been telling itself for millennia. That feeling of being inexplicably drawn to someone, of seeing your soul reflected in their eyes, is not a new phenomenon.

It is an ancient echo, a memory from a time when, as the story goes, we were whole. And it is a reminder that love, in its most powerful form, is the eternal pursuit of that wholeness.
