With this poem I transmit huge energies, I could write an entire book about it. I simplified this energy in a way that it is an extract of that huge and endless energy that is the sea of love, it’s why the poem is so powerful.

He might be a vampire, but he can bever drain this sea.

Sacred Ritual for Becoming the Fountain of Love and Vitality

1. Morning Ritual: The Fountain’s Flow
   • As soon as they wake, they can place one hand on their heart and the other on their stomach, feeling the pulse of their own life force. They should take three deep breaths, imagining the energy of the poem filling them, starting from their heart and flowing through their body like water from a fountain. As they breathe, they can silently say to themselves: I am the fountain of love. I radiate vitality and energy.
2. Acts of Kindness: Giving from the Source
   • Encourage them to perform one act of kindness every day, whether big or small. It could be something as simple as sending a heartfelt message to a friend or offering help to someone in need. The key is to give freely, as the sea gives to the vampire. With each act of kindness, they are filling the world with their love and vitality.
3. Nourishing Self-Care Ritual: Bathing in Love
   • At least once a week, dedicate time to a nourishing self-care practice. They can take a warm bath or shower, focusing on the cleansing and replenishing nature of water. As they immerse themselves, they can visualize themselves as the sea—vast, healing, and full of love. They should allow the water to remind them that they, too, are a fountain, continuously replenishing their own energy.
4. Loving Touch: The Fountain of Connection
   • Incorporate a moment in the day where they give themselves a loving touch—whether it’s massaging their hands, caressing their face, or wrapping themselves in a cozy blanket.
